The only reason I give it 2 stars, and not 1, was that my haircut was so sh*tty that my wife laughed at me for 20 minutes non-stop, so just her laughter was worth the 18 Euros. I've had road-side haircuts in SouthEast Asia that were better than this. And when I told the hairdresser that she was leaving my hair too long, she just ignored me! She left me the strangest "peak" of hair in front which I had to cut at home (because she refused to do it) - it was 4cm longer than the rest of the hair!! I never asked for anything like it! Lastly, when I arrived they told me to wait 20-25 minutes, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Which was also inconvenient, but all in all, not my main complain. AVOID!

Advertised unmistakably as a wash and cut for 18 Euros on the shop window, but I ended up being charged 27 Euros today. Be highly cautious of these hidden charges that are not declared!!! I explicitly told the receptionist upon arrival that I did not want the 5 minute hair mask that she offered for 5 Euros and I also said I would dry my hair myself to avoid additional costs. Claudia who attended to me quoted 22 Euros but in spite of that I was shocked to be charged 27 Euros at the till. I was told this was due to the hair mask! All I actually had asked for was a simple shampoo and conditioner applied to the ends! This is clearly a case of false advertising and of underhand charging. Totally unacceptable.

Being in such a rush to cut, making it uneven and without proper shape and form in less than 5 minutes. I really hope the lady had just a bad day and that normally she is capable of cutting hair properly. However, I would honestly prefer she told me she doesn't have time then forcing me to go to another hair-dresser again.
s	steve G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was outstanding. My hairdresser made sure everything looked great with great detail. It might depend on what you want, but my haircut was done better than I could have imagined. I will visit it when i come back to Vienna!
