★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal, das versucht hat, nach der Buchung noch extra Geld für die Nutzung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu verlangen (16 € pro Person). Ohne Zahlung vor Ort, hätten wir das Appartement nicht beziehen dürfen. Außerdem standen morgens plötzlich Handwerker im Appartment, die Arbeiten an der Heizung durchführen wollten. Nach Rückfrage ob es sich bei den versteckten Kosten um einen Fehler handele, wurde leider nur ruppig geantwortet. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht wiederkommen und würden diesen Gastgeber niemanden weiterempfehlen.
 Unfortunately, very unfriendly staff who tried to ask for extra money for the use of bed linen and towels after booking (€ 16 per person). Without payment on site, we should not have moved into the apartment. In addition, in the morning there were suddenly craftsmen in the apartment who wanted to work on the heating. After asking whether the hidden costs were an error, the answer was unfortunately only rude. We will definitely not come back and would not recommend this host to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir waren über Silvester dort. Es war super. Das Apartment war super schön, neu, modern, großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin Nicole ist ein großer Schatz, ist sehr engagiert und hat bei Fragen und Wünschen immer unterstützt. (WLAN!). Hier ist der Gast König. Wir kommen wieder, viele, liebe Grüße Ulrike und der Rest der Gang.
we were there over new year's eve. It was great. The apartment was super nice, new, modern, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The host Nicole is a great sweetheart, is very committed and always provided support with questions and requests. (WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!). Here the guest is king. We'll be back, best regards Ulrike and the rest of the gang.

The town is full of arabs, noisy at night and during the day. Find another city in the Austrian alps, tirol would be a better option.
