Das Getriebe schaltet perfekt und butter weich! Jede nur doch so kleine Frage konnte beantwortet werden. Preislich fair und kundenfreundlich! Absolutely great! Had a gear flush appointment today for my 530d model F11! This is how you imagine a workshop! The transmission shifts perfectly and smoothly! Every question, even so small, could be answered. Fairly priced and customer-friendly!

F	Fund Fund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist auch noch zu viel. Wir haben uns vor ca 2 Wochen einen Termin ausgemacht für eine Spülung unseres 9gang von Mercedes . Wir haben 3 mal mit der Werkstatt telefoniert und gebeten das sie uns auch die Mechatronic sauber machen. Sie haben uns gesagt das sie uns das machen und wir haben uns dann für 50eur diverse Dichtungen gekauft bei Mercedes. Heute hatten wir dann den Termin bei der Firma Wallner. Wir sind angekommen und wollten den schlüssel abgeben, da hat uns der Chef dann gesagt wir können wieder fahren er macht keine Spülung für die 9gang Automatik, da er letzte Woche Donnerstag angeblich bescheid bekommen hat das er da keine Freigabe bekommen hat die 9 gang zu spülen. Es ist eine Frechheit, den Kunden nicht zu informieren und dann noch so unfreundlich sein. Nie mehr wieder werden wir diese Werkstatt betreten. One star is still too many. We made an appointment about 2 weeks ago for a flushing of our 9 gear from Mercedes. We phoned the workshop 3 times and asked that they also clean the mechatronic for us. They told us that they would do this to us and we then bought various seals from Mercedes for 50euros. Today we had the appointment at the Wallner company. We arrived and wanted to hand over the key, so the boss then told us we could drive again, he does not flush the 9-speed automatic, because last week on Thursday he supposedly got a notification that he had not been given permission to flush the 9-speed . It is a cheek not to inform the customer and then be unfriendly. We will never enter this workshop again.

Schade war nur die Fehlinformation vom Mitarbeiter, dass das Differentialöl nicht gewechselt werden kann, obwohl es erst um € 150,- angeboten wurde. Im einer andern Werkstatt ging es dann doch... um € 50,- , war wohl Glück im Unglück für mich. Quick and uncomplicated appointment for a gear oil change. Price was ok too. The only shame was the misinformation from the employee that the differential oil could not be changed, although it was only offered for € 150. In another workshop it was ... for € 50, - that was luck in misfortune for me.

Super Leistung, Danke! Already the next day I got an appointment for the automatic transmission oil change + flushing at my BMW. The difference between before and after are worlds!
