Da es behördlich aber nicht angeordnet ist, dass 6Jährige einen Nachweis mittels Ninja-Pass brauchen, hatte wir den nicht mit. Leider hat die Dame dann gemeint, dass das erst ab 5.3. Gültig ist, was so ja nicht richtig ist! Also blieb auf meinem Einwand, dass diese Regelung auch jetzt erst ab 12 gilt nur noch ein schnippisches "bei uns schon" über.... gut, das muss man dann aber auch bei der Terminbuchung klar kommunizieren. Schade, mein Kind hatte sich schon gefreut! Unfortunately my 6 year old was denied the booked haircut on the grounds that he had to show his ninja pass. Since it is not officially ordered that 6-year-olds need proof of a ninja pass, we didn't have it with us. Unfortunately, the lady then meant that only from 5.3. What is valid is what is not right! So my objection that this regulation only applies from the age of 12 remained, only a snappy "we already do" about.... well, you have to communicate that clearly when booking the appointment. Too bad, my child was already looking forward to it!
D	Dominik Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind des öfteren schon vor Ort gewesen und haben uns diese Dienstleistung zugemutet, leider gottes sehr vergeblich, da ständig das Personal gewechselt wurde und nicht auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden eingegangen wurde. Des weiteren kostet dieser ganze Spaß 11 Euro mit einem Ergebnis was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Von 10 Besuchen waren mindestens 8 mal sehr unzufrieden und würde es auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Have often been there and have expected this service from us, unfortunately in vain, since the staff was constantly changing and the needs of the customer were not addressed. Furthermore, all this fun costs 11 euros with a result that is absolutely unacceptable. At least 8 out of 10 visits were very dissatisfied and would definitely not recommend it.

Das Team ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Standort ist gepflegt und wirkt sehr sauber. Die aktuellen Corona Maßnahmen werden strickt eingehalten! Somit alles top, ich komme wieder A classic branch of the chain with a hairdresser and all the wide cosmetic treatments including massage that are normally offered. The team is very nice and helpful. The site is well maintained and appears very clean. The current Corona measures are strictly observed! So everything was great, I'll be back
