M	Margarita Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elena ist eine grosse talentierte Haarkünstlerin und Mensch, sie hat meine kaputte nach vielen Blondierenden bei anderen Friseuren Haar gerettet , wieder gute Struktur an Haaren gegeben, super Schnitt und Farbe. Danke, Du bist die beste!!! Elena is a great talented hair artist and human, she saved my broken hair after lots of bleaching at other hairdressers, gave good structure to hair again, great cut and color. Thank you, you're the best!!!
M	Madeleine Seisenbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil ich meine Haare von schwarz auf hellbraun gefärbt hatte, entstand ein leichter Grünstich am Ansatz, welchen ich mir überfärben lassen wollte. Das Team bei Haarchitektur meinte das wäre kein Problem, blondierten die grünen Stellen, färbten mit roter Farbe darüber und im Anschluss wurde eine braune Tönung darüber gelegt. Am Ende hatte ich statt den grünen Stellen, rote Stellen in den Haaren, daraufhin sagte ich den Damen im Salon, dass ich das so nicht wollte und war den Tränen nahe, woraufhin mir entgegnet wurde: Das schaut doch eh gut aus! Im Endeffekt musste ich den vollen Preis zahlen, für eine Haarfarbe die schlimmer nicht sein könnte. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Salon, dass ich gerne eine kostenfreie Nachbetreuung oder eine Erstattung hätte, kam keine Antwort. Pure Ignoranz. Fazit: Schöner Salon aber nichts dahinter. NIE wieder! Because I dyed my hair from black to light brown, there was a slight green tint at the roots, which I wanted to have over-dyed. The team at Haarchitektur said that would be no problem, bleached the green areas, dyed them with red paint and then put a brown tint over them. In the end, instead of the green spots, I had red spots in my hair, then I told the ladies in the salon that I didn't want it that way and was close to tears, whereupon I was replied: It looks good anyway! In the end, I had to pay full price for hair color that couldn't be worse. Despite contacting the salon several times that I would like free follow-up care or reimbursement, there was no answer. Pure ignorance. Conclusion: nice salon but nothing behind it. Never again!

Bin ganz zufrieden, die Termine bei der Elena seobst bekommt man nicht so schnell, vor allem, weil ich meistens meine Zeit verplanen und sehr kurzfristig anrufen, die anderen Mitarbeiterinnen sind dennoch auch gut und nett. Ist natürlich eine andere Preiskategorie als ein Türke ums Eck, mit dem man auch gut zufrieden sein kann. Dennoch war ich hin und wieder bei anderen Frisören(zum Ausprobieren) um ähnlichen Preis und kehrte trotzdem zurück. My regular hairdressing salon. Nevertheless, I went to other hairdressers every now and then (to try out) for a similar price and still came back.
B	Bianca Barnard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elena ist eine wahre Künstlerin wenn es um Haare geht (den Rest kann ich nicht beurteilen :D) und eine echte Bereicherung für Wien. Ich kenne niemanden, der sich so gut in diesem Metier auskennt. Ihre eigens entwickelten Produkte sind ebenfalls von höchster Qualität! Schade, dass meine Haare nicht schneller wachsen um öfter hingehen zu können :) Elena is a true artist when it comes to hair (I can't judge the rest: D) and a real asset to Vienna. I don't know anyone who knows this job that well. Your specially developed products are also of the highest quality! It's a shame that my hair doesn't grow faster so that I can go there more often :)
