Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, das gut auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingeht. For a long time I was looking for a hairdresser in Vienna where everything is right. Here I found him. Extremely friendly staff who respond well to the needs of customers.

Ich komme wieder. :-) I felt very comfortable with Ingo. The salon is very clean, the staff friendly and my haircut has become great. I'll be back. :-)

Hie und da etwas längere Wartezeiten. Termine auch besser rechtzeitig ausmachen! Very great barber in the upper price range with super nice and capable staff. Very personal but not intrusive. Tastefully. Here and there a little longer waiting times. Make appointments better on time!

J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my hair colour was done well, I was very clear about only wanting the colour and no 'extras' such as a blow dry and styling - as I live close by and only returning to my apartment. I made this clear at least three times, when booking the appointment, confirming that cost, at the beginning of my appointment and when cleaning my hair. I was told they would dry it a little to see the colour - however, despite this I was charged 30euros extra - for that 5 min blow dry of half my head. I felt too uncomfortable to make a fuss in front of the other customers waiting, so I had to pay, which is a lot of money in my situation. Super disappointing and I really don't like the attitude of hairdressers to sneakily add stuff in when you try so hard not too, such a shame as now I won't be returning there because of this.
