Während der Wartezeit wurde mir ausnahmsweise sogar ein Platz mit Tisch zum Arbeiten am Laptop angeboten. Mein Fahrzeug kam 20 Minuten nach Ankunft dran und eine Stunde nach Ankunft war ich mit repariertem Reifen wieder weg. Und das zu einem fairen Preis. Bin wirklich begeistert und kann nur meine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. I was there Monday morning without an appointment (like 4 others who had a similar problem). Unfortunately had a piece of metal in a tire and lost air. During the waiting period, I was even offered a place with a table to work on the laptop. My vehicle was turned on 20 minutes after arrival and an hour after arrival I was gone with the tire repaired. And this for a fair price! I am really enthusiastic and can only give my clear recommendation.

R	Ronen Shaul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On early November 2017 I went to change my summer wheels with Seibold as I’ve done last time. I discovered that the company policy is to do balancing for every change of tires in case the wheels was stored with the company. I was quite surprised since I had new wheels and already had balancing very recently but as it is the policy I paid for the balancing and asked to take my wheels with me so next time I could avoid an unnecessary balancing of new wheels. When I unloaded the tires at home I discovered the tires are without 4 car logo symbols. When I bought the new set of wheels from Seibold I’ve been told that I need to buy 4 new symbols to the new wheels as the one I already have with my existing wheels doesn’t fit to the new one. I bought it and it was ok. So now, when I took the wheels there are no symbols and I have only 4 symbols on my car while I should have had in total 8. As I believed it might have been an innocent mistake I asked to check maybe they forgot to put it back during balancing or it was accidentally left aside when I asked to take my tires from storage. The response was that there was no symbols and they don’t know anything about it... even though I have a receipt which shows I purchased 4 symbols for wheels which was stored with them.
