โ โ โ โ โ I am a loyal customer of H&M worldwide. But unfortunately, this morning I had a bad experience at this branch! I was standing in line to pay, when they opened a new cash desk. A random person came to pay, while I was walking to the desk from the line already! The staff member on the cash heard me saying its my turn and I was waiting, she deliberately ignored me and turned her face away while I talked to her directly!! I was really upset, I left what I wanted to take and left the branch ! Will never enter it again.
