Seid wann kann man die Ware nicht mehr zurück geben? Vor allem liegt der Fehler bei den Mitarbeitern, die die Preise nicht richtig anbringen können -.- !!!! The goods were labeled with a different price and cost more. When I wanted to give it back 2 minutes later, the cashier said that this is not possible. Since when can you no longer return the goods? L	Lany Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: ich war wieder mal drin. Uneingeschulte Samstagskräfte, die vergeblich versucht haben den Computer zu bedienen. Nach 20 min hab ICH es dann abgebrochen - nur um eine Onlinebestellung abzuholen. Die beiden Mädchen waren sehr bemüht aber uneingeschult - dann halt nicht! Puh, ein paar Damen sehr nett und bemüht aber am Samstag ein dermaßen ungeschultes Mädchen reinzustellen, die bei jeder Auskunft falsches sagt finde ich sehr frech. Ich habe schon bei 2 Abholungen gesagt ich möchte das Paket nicht mehr. Ich nehme an sie wusste es nicht besser. Wollte mich aber trotzdem den Zustellungsschrieb unterschreiben lassen gott sei dank kontrolliere ich alles und meinte, dass kann ich natürlich nicht unterschreiben und heute bekomme ich erst die Benachrichtigung, das sie es mir übergeben hat. Ernsthaft? Das ist ein Vorfall in einer sehr langen Liste an Dingen, die nicht klappen. Ich weiß Fachkräfte sind zu teuer aber etwas Einschulung wäre nicht schlecht - jetzt kann ich am Montag wieder hin und das Problem lösen, die Sachen sind toll - alles was mit der Firma zusammenhängt ist aber sehr chaotisch und unprofessionell. But still wanted to have me sign the letter of delivery, thank goodness, I check everything and said that of course I can't sign that and today I'll only get the notification that she has handed it over to me. Serious? This is one of a very long list of things that don't work. I know skilled workers are too expensive but a little training would not be bad - now I can go back on Monday and solve the problem, things are great - but everything related to the company is very chaotic and unprofessional. What a shame!
