Während der 2G Kontrollen waren die Mitarbeiter direkt beim Eingang meistens sehr nett und freundlich doch spätestens wenn man an die Kassa kommt vergeht es einen fast wieder. Sie sind sehr unfreundlich, extrem genervt und total unmotiviert. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat mich richtig angefaucht und ihre Augen auffällig und genervt gedreht weil ich bei einem Größen Umtausch das Preisschild oder Größenkärtchen von der Kleidung entfernt hatte aber wohlgemerkt trotzdem aufgehoben und mitgenommen habe (was ich gar nicht müsste und ich ja sowieso die Rechnung habe). In dieser Filiale sollte die Filialleitung mal ein Machtwort sprechen, denn so vermiesen sie einen die Lust am shoppen Staff is unfriendly and absolutely not motivated. Unpleasant atmosphere.
