★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit den Kindern shoppen, hab mich in der Kinderabteilung leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt, man wurde von den MA beobachtet und sobald man ein Kleidungsstück bewegt hat kamen sie abwechselnd und haben es wieder gerade gezupft

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samstag Nachmittag und im ganzen Geschäft (H/D/K) nur eine Kassa geöffnet! Selbst auf Nachfrage kein Personal ... gut 25m lange Schlange und rund 20 Minuten Wartezeit fürs Bezahlen!
On Saturday afternoon and in the whole store (H / D / K) only one cash desk is open! No staff even on request ... a good 25m long queue and around 20 minutes waiting time for payment!

ÄRGERLICH:
Im Stock waren an diesem Tag beide Kassen geschlossen. Das Bezahlen war nur im EG möglich. Das befahren der Rolltreppe mit einen Kinderwagen ist verboten. Das heißt man kann mit Kind und Kinderwagen nicht bezahlen wenn man alleine ist.
Schade

ANNOYING:
Both cash registers on the floor were closed that day. Payment was only possible on the ground floor. Driving on the escalator with a stroller is prohibited. That means you cannot pay with a child and a stroller when you are alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultra unfreundliche präpotente Dame beim Eingang. Sie fordert herrisch den 2G-Nachweis, was ohnehin jedem klar und selbstverständlich ist. Aber der Ton macht die Musik, gute Frau. Und der war so dermaßen schlecht, dass wir uns - aber sowas von definitiv - dazu entschieden haben, kein Geld hier zu lassen. KMH
Ultra unfriendly prepotent lady at the entrance. She imperatively demands 2G proof, which is clear and self-evident to everyone anyway. But the tone makes the music, good lady. And it was so bad that we decided - but so definitely - not to leave any money here. KMH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal, besonders an der Kasse. Man wird immer grimmig angesehen und genervt abkassiert. Gemäß dem Motto 'Kohle her und tschüss'. Beim Abverkauf schaut man mal rein aber ansonsten spare ich mir die negative Atmosphäre gerne
Rude staff, especially at the checkout. You are always looked at grimly and cashed in annoyed. According to the motto 'Coal here and bye'. You take a look when it's on sale, but otherwise I'm happy to save myself the negative atmosphere
