Es waren 2 Abflüsse zu reinigen, bei der Frage nach dem Preis bekam ich als Auskunft Arbeitszeit+30 min Wegpauschale. Dann waren die Handwerker da, die gute Arbeit geleitet haben - wobei 2 Abflüsse auszuputzen für einen Installateur auch keine Raktenwissenschaft sein dürfte. Auch hier fragte ich nach, mit welchem Rechnungsbetrag ich nun rechnen darf. Wieder bekam ich die Auskunft: konkret 1 Stunde Arbeitszeit wurde investiert + 30 min Wegzeitpauschale. Tatsächlich bekam ich dann die Rechnung, die um 70 Euro mehr ausmachte. Dazu verrechnet wurden noch Materialaufwendungen, undifferenzierbares Kleinmaterial und eine Fahrtkostenpauschale (allein die 15 EUR, obwohl ich 4 km von der Firma entfernt wohne!!!). Auf abermalige telefonische Rücksprache mit dem Betrieb bekam ich vom Chef die Auskunft, dass er sich leider trotz mehrfacher Fehlauskunft nicht im Stande sieht, hier zumindest ein kleines Zeichen der Kulanz zu setzen. Der Preis bleibt: 257 EUR für 1 Stunde Arbeit und 2 gereinigte Abflüsse. Für mich definitiv die letzte Zusammenarbeit und die Empfehlung, kein Handgriff ohne Kostenvoranschlag. Offenbar ist man hier vorab nicht gerne transparent in der Kostenaufstellung. I am very disappointed with this company in terms of value for money and personally. There were 2 drains to be cleaned, when I asked about the price I was given working hours + 30 minutes travel flat rate. Then there were the craftsmen who did a good job - cleaning out 2 drains shouldn't be rocket science for a plumber either. Here, too, I asked what the invoice amount should be. Again I got the information: specifically 1 hour of working time was invested + 30 min travel time flat rate. In fact, I got the bill, which was 70 euros more. In addition, material expenses, undifferentiated small items and a flat rate for travel expenses were charged (the 15 EUR alone, although I live 4 km away from the company!!!). After repeated telephone consultation with the company, I got the information from the boss that, despite several incorrect information, he unfortunately does not see himself in a position to give at least a small sign of goodwill here. The price remains: 257 EUR for 1 hour of work and 2 drains cleaned. For me definitely the last cooperation and the recommendation, nothing without a cost estimate. Apparently, they don't like to be transparent in the cost breakdown in advance.
