Mehraufwand+Mehrkosten für mich! Billige Installation des Durchlauferhitzers aber im Endeffekt dann Mehrkosten durch Falschinformation. nice people but performance not provided .. Ich habe eine andere Firma beauftragt, die haben das alles unnötig gefunden, eine kleine Schäden war aufgehoben, um 80€ Ich weiß diese Firma nie wieder. Thermal maintenance was cheap, but also superficial, the technician had scared me, allegedly due to many defects, and the costs over 500 €. Without invoice 400 €. A	Alexander Limberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermenwartung war zwar günstig, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass die Elektroden und noch ein weiterer Teil (Bezeichnung vergessen) getauscht werden müssten. Thermenreinigung wurde eher oberflächlich durchgeführt. Als die Firma dann trotz nachurgieren noch immer keinen Kostenvoranschlag geschickt hat, habe ich stattdessen einen anderen Installateur beauftragt. Der befand beide Reparaturen für unnötig und hat die Elektroden stattdessen einfach 1cm zurechtgebogen. Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass der Kunde hier eher egal ist bzw. unnötige Reparaturen bei der Wartung verlangt werden. Thermal maintenance was cheap, but I was told that the electrodes and another part (forgotten name) had to be replaced. Thermal bath cleaning was carried out rather superficially. When the company still did not send a cost estimate, despite re-urging, I hired another installer instead. He found both repairs unnecessary and instead simply bent the electrodes 1cm into shape. You get the feeling that the customer doesn't really care or that unnecessary repairs are required during maintenance.

Termin diese Woche (28.9.) wurde wieder nicht eingehalten, da der Techniker angeblich krank ist und im Büro niemand Bescheid wusste. Wie ein Unternehmen so überleben kann, ist mir schleierhaft. The deadline last week (23.9.) Was not kept. I waited in vain. This week's appointment (September 28th) was again not kept because the technician is said to be ill and nobody in the office knew anything about it. How a company can survive like this is a mystery to me.

Imala sam kvar na termi, tačno na vreme došao,rešio problem. Ostale ne bih komentarisala. My recommendations are that if this company is called, you should look for (Marko) a very hard-working, responsible and professional job. I had a breakdown at the spa, he arrived just in time, solved the problem. I would not comment on the others.

Letztlich hat es mich dann aber mehr Nerven und Geld gekostet als bei meinem üblichen Installateur (zusätzliche "notwendige" Reparaturen, Mängel nach der Reparatur und kein erreichbarer Kontakt) I haven't had a good experience with the company. I had the thermal service done there because of the relatively low price. In the end it cost me more nerves and money than with my usual plumber (additional "necessary" repairs, defects after the repair and no contact)
