★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Firma die unter falschen Angaben Aufträge annimmt, 6.000 Euro kassiert und und nach 5 Monaten erst erklärt, dass die gewünschten Aufträge gar nicht möglich sind.
Nach 3 Jahren dadurch entstandenen Problemen, in denen sie jedes Jahr wieder hunderte Euro kassierte, wurde eine eindeutig berechtige kostenlose Reparatur zwar durchgeführt, wir aber als Lügner bezeichnet und über uns ein weiteres a u f t r a g s v e r b o t
Verhängt.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass diese Aussagen vermutlich von der Chefin des Unternehmens, die sich auch bei persönlicher vorsprache nicht als solche zu erkennen gab, aber neben einem von ihr bezeichneten Geschäftsführer eigentlich fast alleine diese Entscheidungungen traf.
Ich möchte aber abschließend aber auch erwähnen, dass die Arbeitskräfte sehr freundlich und kompetent sind.
Von der Firmenleitung sind wir aber sehr enttäuscht - diese verdient nicht einmal 1 Stern.

It is particularly worth mentioning that these statements were probably made by the head of the company, who did not identify herself as such even in the case of a personal preliminary interview, but in addition to a managing director whom she designated, actually made these decisions almost on her own.
Finally, I would also like to mention that the workers are very friendly and competent.
We are very disappointed with the company management - they don't even deserve 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einer Generalsanierung eines Einfamilienhauses hat mir der leitende Architekt diese Firma empfohlen. Es wurde eine komplette Fußbodenheizung verlegt, 2 Bäder, 1 WC (Rohinstallation, Planung, Montage), die Gasleitung erneuert, ein Wassertank mit neuer Heizsteuerung eingebaut und eine Klimaanlage mit 3 Endgeräten und einem Außengerät am Dach. Es wurden nicht nur alle Arbeiten sehr gewissenhaft erledigt, auch der Architekt (Bauaufsicht) hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Der Chef kam regelmäßig für Besprechungen vorbei, war immer gut erreichbar und hatte bei diversen Fragen die sich im Zuge einer Altbausanierung auftun regelmäßig gute Ideen. Es ist gar nicht so einfach in Wien einen guten Installateur zu finden, daher bin ich froh dass solche Profis am Werk waren. Darüberhinaus waren die Arbeiter immer pünktlich, nett und höflich und es gab keine Verzögerungen (trotz des hohen Projektvolumens). Ich kann diese Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
For a general renovation of a family home, the leading architect recommended this company to me. A complete underfloor heating system was installed, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet (raw installation, planning, assembly), the gas line was renewed, a water tank with new heating control was installed and an air conditioning system with 3 end devices and an outdoor unit on the roof. Not only was all work done very conscientiously, the architect (construction supervisor) had nothing to complain about. The boss came regularly for meetings, was always easy to reach and had good ideas for various questions that arise in the course of an old building renovation. It's not that easy to find a good plumber in Vienna, so I'm glad that such professionals were at work. Furthermore, the workers were always punctual, nice and polite and there were no delays (despite the high volume of projects). I can fully recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten eine neue Duschkabine. Alles nicht Preissensitiv. Bei der Begutachtung haben wir dem Monteur angeboten als zusätzlichem bezahlten Auftrag bereits gekaufte Qualitätsarmaturen (Herzbach) zu installieren. Dieser meinte das passe der Chefin gar nicht und wir sagen ihr das besser nicht!!!???? Diese hat sich dann unmittelbar nach dem der Monteur weg war unfreundlich via WhatsApp mit gemeldet und wollte wissen welcher Armaturen und wo diese Erworben wurden. Wie die Inquisition. War wie im falschen Film. Wir haben den Vorgang dann abgebrochen. Jegliches Vertrauen erlischt bei diesem Verhalten. Dieses Unternehmen sollte man meiden.
We wanted a new shower cubicle. Not price sensitive. During the assessment, we offered the installer to install already purchased quality fittings (Herzbach) as an additional paid order. This didn't mean the boss's fit and we better not tell her !!! ???? This then immediately after the fitter was unfriendly reported via WhatsApp and wanted to know which fittings and where they were purchased. Like the Inquisition. It was like the wrong movie. We then canceled the process. Any trust in this behavior is lost. You should avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittlerweile hatte ich schon zwei Aufträge mit der Firma abgewickelt, und zwar die Montage eines Küchen-Gasherdes sowie die Reparatur einer Dusch-Armatur. Beide Aufträge wurden prompt und sehr sachkundig durchgeführt. Obwohl das Modell der Dusch-Armatur nicht mehr das Neueste ist, war auch die Ersatzteilbeschaffung problemlos. Ich bin höchst zufrieden.
In the meantime I had already completed two orders with the company, namely the assembly of a kitchen gas stove and the repair of a shower fitting. Both orders were carried out promptly and very competently. Although the model of the shower fitting is no longer the latest, the procurement of spare parts was also problem-free. I am very satisfied.
