" Ich hätte mir ja das Gewehr anschauen können" kam als Antwort auf eine diesbezügliche Frage. Anscheinend braucht der Geschäftsführer keine Kunden, die weiter weg wohnen! Das ist für mich kein Kundenservice!! Ich empfehle vor Gebotsabgabe, die Waffen zu besichtigen oder es bleiben zu lassen. Auf die Beschreibung kann man sich anscheinend nicht verlassen. Wozu gibt es diese dann, wenn nicht einmal Löcher im System erwähnt werden? I bought a G96 / 11 at auction. The company does not find it worth mentioning in the description that the system has two holes in the rear area. "I could have looked at the rifle" came in response to a related question. Apparently the managing director doesn't need customers who live further away! For me this is not customer service !! Before placing a bid, I recommend viewing the weapons or not. Apparently one cannot rely on the description. Then why are they there if there are not even holes mentioned in the system?
