Habe zwei Schalldämpfer bei ihm bestellt und der zugesagte Liefertermin konnte mehrmals nicht eingehalten werden. Nach ca. einem Jahr und etlichen Anrufen meinerseits (eine Information seitens des Händlers erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage) habe ich die Bestellung storniert, was von Herrn Pöpl am Telefon unfreundlich quittiert wurde. Mittlerweile kaufe ich bei einem anderen Händler und bin vollkommen zufrieden. Very unreliable arms dealer - absolutely not recommended. I ordered two mufflers from him and the promised delivery date could not be met several times. After about a year and a number of calls on my part (the dealer only provided information on request), I canceled the order, which Mr. Pöpl acknowledged unfriendly on the phone. In the meantime I buy from another dealer and I am completely satisfied.

Sehr respektlos nicht Bescheid zu sagen. 20€ Fahrtkosten umsonst und den weiten Weg gemacht bei Minus 6 Grad. Genauso unzuverlässig und unfreundlich wie es hier auch in den negativen Bewertungen geschrieben ist. Dort will man gar nicht arbeiten. Had an appointment for an interview, called shortly before the appointment that I could not find the business, and I was told on the phone: It doesn't matter anyway, it was canceled. Very disrespectful not to say anything. 20 € travel costs for free and made the long way at minus 6 degrees. Just as unreliable and unfriendly as it is written here in the negative reviews. You don't want to work there.

Das Geschäft ist sehr einfach zu finden und günstige Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten der öffentlichen Verbindung. Hat eine sehr gute Auswahl und ist auch bei Hobbyneueinsteiger sehr zu empfehlen. Im Vergleich die günstigsten Angebote. Kaufe schon seit 4-5 Jahre in diesem Geschäft und hatte bis jetzt noch nie einen Fehlkauf. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten auch vorhanden. Very competent staff, always helpful and very friendly, even with special problems. The store is very easy to find and conveniently located with many public transport options. Has a very good selection and is also highly recommended for hobby beginners. In comparison the cheapest offers. Have been buying this store for 4-5 years and have never had a bad buy. Parking space also available.
M	Matthias Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit!!! Habe letzte Woche ein Produkt bestellt, mir wurde gesagt, dass ich am Freitag bzgl. der Lieferung angerufen werde. Angerufen wurde ich am Dienstag in der darauffolgenden Woche. Ist für mich prinzipiell in Ordnung, wenn sich die Lieferung verzögert und man erst später anruft. Am Dienstag wurde mir gesagt, dass die Ware am Mittwoch bis maximal 16 Uhr abgeholt werden kann (weil sie am Mittwoch nur bis 16 Uhr geöffnet haben). Ich war um 15:15 Uhr vor Ort, alles geschlossen. Habe angerufen und mir wurde folgendes gesagt: die Information bzgl. 16 Uhr war eine Fehlinformation. Da kann man jetzt nichts machen. Auf die Frage, ob es einen Preisnachlass aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten gibt, wurde wortwörtlich gesagt: "na sicher nicht" und wurde aufgelegt. Absolut KUNDENUNFREUNDLICH und NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!! Absolute cheek!!! Ordered product last week, was told I would be called on Friday for delivery. I got a call on Tuesday the following week. In principle, it's okay for me if the delivery is delayed and you call later. On Tuesday I was told that the goods can be picked up on Wednesday up to 4pm (because they are only open until 4pm on Wednesday). I was there at 3:15 p.m., everything closed. I called and was told the following: the information regarding 4pm was misinformation. There's nothing you can do about it now. When asked if there was a discount due to the inconvenience, they literally said "of course not" and hung up. Absolutely CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY and NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
