★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Поселились потому что в зимний сезон было мало других вариантов. Слишком дорого для того что получили. Скромные комнаты и обстановка и Сантехника, большая слышимость из коридора. Тесно, посидеть компанией негде. Комната для лыж не оборудована сушилкой для ботинок. Скудный однообразный завтрак. Удобно расположен к основному подъёмнику и центру.
Settled because in the winter season there were few other options. Too expensive for what they got. Modest rooms and furnishings and Plumbing, great audibility from the corridor. Closely, there is nowhere to sit by the company. The ski room is not equipped with a boot dryer. Scanty monotonous breakfast. Conveniently located to the main lift and the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist zwar "nur" eine kleinere Pension mit kleinen Zimmern, jedoch mehr als ausreichend. In Kitzbühel sitzt man ohnehin nicht nur im Hotel herum. Ist auch um einiges billiger als die großen Hotels in der nähe (die aber auch nicht viel mehr bieten können... außer evtl. eine Bar - von denen es jedoch genug in der Umgebung gibt).
Wer sich nicht zu "schicki micki" für ein älteres Haus mit Holzboden ist, der (typisch für so Häuser) ab und zu knackst, der hat hier ne nicht zu teure und trotzdem sehr zentrale Möglichkeit um urlaub zu machen.

Center Court Tennis Platz: 10 min
Therme: 5-10 min
Skilifte und Wanderweg auf den Berg: 10-15 min
It is "only" a smaller pension with small rooms, but more than sufficient. In Kitzbühel you don't just sit around in a hotel anyway. It's also a lot cheaper than the big hotels nearby (which can't offer much more ... except possibly a bar - but there are enough of them in the area).
If you are not too "chic micki" for an older house with wooden floors, which (typical for houses like this) cracks every now and then, you have a not too expensive and nevertheless very central opportunity to go on holiday here.
