Wo der Fehler vorgezeigt hatte, ist mir nicht bekannt da beim starten alles in Ordnung war. Mein eingezahltes Geld war nicht möglich zurück zu bekommen. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde mir von der Support empfohlen, ein anderes Wäscherei auszuwählen. @Inhaber: Für Ihnen ist natürlich ok, wenn ein Gerät das Geld einnimmt, Fehler in Nachhinein anzeigt und die Möglichkeit Programm wieder zu starten ist nur möglich wenn man wieder einzahlt! Wichtig ist vor 22:00 Uhr rein zu kommen, da sich die Tür automatisch von draußen zusperrt. Waschen und rausgehen geht danach aber immer! Manche Trockner sehen schon ein wenig abgenutzt aus, ist aber vermutlich normal. Was ich auch super finde, die Hotline antwortet immer, auch um 21:00 Uhr am Abend! Alexa wasn't very entertaining there, otherwise you get bored, but otherwise everything is fine. It is important to come in before 10:00 p.m. as the door locks automatically from outside. But you can always wash and go out afterwards! Some dryers look a little worn out, but this is probably normal. What I also think is great, the hotline always answers, even at 9 p.m. in the evening!

The positive: the place looks clean and modern and I like the convenient contactless payment. The price is OK if the machine does its job properly. I don't want a cheap dirty and overcrowded place. Keep improving!
