B	Bryony Contiki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re not Austrian you need to buy a card pre loaded with €20 and then activate it. You’ll need to enter your phone number to activate it. There are 2 boxes for the number - the first for the 0044 or whatever part and the second for the rest of your phone number. Once activated you can use the machines. From €6-15 for a wash and €2-4 for 10-30 mins drying

The payment machine doesn't accept cash (even if it did, it doesn't give change), card (there is no slot and swiping doesn't work) or Google Pay and they ask you to buy a card (there isn't one) AND it asks you to download their app (there isn't one!)! No customer service, either. I wondered why no machines were in use and there was only a homeless person sleeping. And it's extremely expensive. And the WiFi didn't work! Unreal.

T	Tracy Matthew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very clean, unstaffed laundry facility in Vienna, or a Wash Salon as they're called here. It is fairly simple to use and you pay at the pay station with your credit card. You need to press okay twice on the machine to start it and if you use the wash+dry machine make sure you choose a wash+dry setting or it will not dry your clothes and you'll need to pay for a dryer.
A	Alicia Blesing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid wash and dry 13€ (8kg clothes). We have unfortunately started a program which only wash (normal price for that : 6.3€). This should not be possible if we pay for wash and dry... It's a bad programmation. Anyway we contacted customer services, they were slow to respond so we launched a 2.10€ drying program. The customers services didn't want to refund the drying paid for nothing. A manager called us to said that I was aggressive and that he will call theirs lawyers if we write a message on internet. It is difficult to remain calm with such of incompetence and 2mn later they offer me a free lundry but we are just passing through Vienna. By the way, soap is included but lundry smell not good, and our clothes are mostly wet. Thank you for this waste of time and this very good customer experience for 15.10€.

Z	Zsofia Keszei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean clothes and geat customer service experience. I personally appreciate that there is no perfume in the detergent. I found wash+dry machines rather pricey and you need to load them less than you think to get clothes dry. People who looked like more experienced than I used washing then drying separately, that comes out about the same price but assumably more dry.
