D	Danier von Naroon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergesst diese Studentenheime!! Alles Kommerz für große Ketten. Das hat nichts mit der ursprünglichen Idee zu tun ,armen Leuten beim Studium zu helfen. BITTE geht auf die ÖH Seite der Leobner Uni (Wohnungen) und vergleicht die Preise bei den Wohnungen/Zimmern !! Die privaten Wohnungen und WGs sind billiger und größer. Anmelden von Strom und WLAN usw. ist meißt auch nicht nötig.Weiters gibts privat nicht so hohe Bearbeitungsgebühren und sonstige Aufschläge, welche man bei dem Heim dann im Kleingedruckten findet.( z.B. 25€/Jahr für einen Router oder 50€ Servicegebühr /Jahr). Nicht zu vergessen die komplizierten Regelungen für die Kündigung und die langen Vertragsbindungen bei diesen Studentenheimen. Pure Abzocke! Bitte lasst euch nicht für dumm verkaufen ! PS: Danke für die Antwort vom "Eigentümer". Ich lebe in Leoben und bin auch hier aufgewachsen . Ich habe Freunde , Gäste und Leute welche auf der Universität arbeiten und diese haben mir von ihren persönlichen Erfahrungen mit den Heimen erzählt.Daher greife ich auf einen durchaus brauchbaren Erfahrungspool zurück. Weiters habe ich nichts an dem Heim bemängelt, worüber ich nichts wissen kann ,sondern nur vor der Preis-und Vertragspolitik gewarnt. Danke Forget about those dormitories !! All commerce for large chains. This has nothing to do with the original idea of helping poor people study. PLEASE go to the ÖH page of the University of Leoben (apartments) and compare the prices for the apartments / rooms !! The private apartments and shared apartments are cheaper and larger. Registering for electricity and WiFi, etc. is mostly not necessary. Furthermore, there are not so high processing fees and other surcharges, which you will find in the small print at the home (e.g. 25 € / year for a router or 50 € service fee / year) . Not to forget the complicated rules for termination and the long contractual obligations in these student residences. Pure rip-off! Please don't be fooled! PS: Thanks for the answer from the "owner". I live in Leoben and grew up here too. I have friends, guests and people who work at the university and they have told me about their personal experiences with the homes, so I have access to a useful pool of experience. Furthermore, I have not criticized anything about the home that I cannot know anything about, but only warned about the price and contract policy. Thank you
A	Anish Goud Purushotham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green box is amazing ,I just checked in and am amused with the music of tiger water flowing and Green hills making a unavoidable treat to the eyes.Name "Green box" is apt ! This place is really near to the city , it's 3 mins walk to the university.Its brilliantly priced compared to other student hostels because it's in the city and it has everything , just ready to move in with a blanket and your clothes ! After searching alot in the city for two weeks , This is what I say the best for your bucks. And project manager Udo Stefan is coordinating very well , I had much trouble to deposit my cash , he's very dynamic to make alternative arrangements. That's a breif review ,coz I really loved the place :)
