Sie kamen kurzfristig, waren pünktlich, schnell und unkompliziert! Ich kann das Unternehmen nur empfehlen. Von Schaden Reparatur bis zum Mahlen waren hier Profis am Werk! Fachkompetenz und ein super freundliches Team waren hier immer am Start. Auch bei Therme Überprüfung und Hilfe bei der Mauerstutzen von Ofen, Probleme die einem dann doch über den Kopf wachsen wärmstens zu empfehlen! In diesem Fall, Termin nach 1 Tag (Zeitfenster 3h), Monteur kam 10min zu spät und kündigte dies mehr als rechtzeitig telefonisch an, Problem war schnell gefunden, Ersatzteil und Monteur 2h nach Analyse wieder da, das 2. Problem wurde ohne Ersatzteil mit Hausverstand kosteneffizient gelöst. Positive Überraschung. I had to lend them my screwdriver. Only one of them tried to pretend to work. He had no idea what to do. For more than an hour he blew and spat saliva into the boiler tubes. He took pictures without asking for any permission to my personal belongings, not only to his work. They both dirtied my dishes, using the kitchen sink instead of the bathroom sink to clean their hands. The next day he went to the company that owns the property in order to get the payment of his spits and saying that since it was impossible for him to restart the flame of the boiler, he wanted to rebuild the entire heating system. Instead, the second time, fortunately, a Loeblich technician was sent, who came on time, had the tools and spare parts, was a professional and made the flame of the boiler and at least one of the four radiators work again. The next time, three people from GESS Installations & Anlagenbau came again and the radiator that was working is no longer working.
