Wurde über einen Lackschaden foliert wo ich noch den Arbeiter den Ausbesserungslack gegeben hatte und er möge es ausbessern bevor er foliert. 2. Es löste sich an mehreren Stellen die Folie ab und ich machte einen neuen Termin aus. An besagten Termin wurde zwar der Steinschlag behoben aber die abgelöste Folie nicht, man habe keine Arbeiter zu Verfügung. Chef nicht anwesend. Nach telefonieren mit dem Chef neuen Termin ausgemacht. Firma wusste nichts von diesem Termin. Keine Arbeiter verfügbar, Chef nicht anwesend! Hier wird Reklamation GROSS geschrieben. Danke Gradinger I had my car for rockfall foil at this company. 1. Was foiled over a paint damage where I had given the repairer the paint and he would like to repair it before he foils. 2. It broke off the film in several places and I made a new appointment. At the said date, the rockfall was repaired but the detached film did not have any workers available. Boss not present. After making phone calls with the boss made a new appointment. Company did not know about this appointment. No workers available, boss not present! Here is written complaint GROSS. Thanks Gradinger

Ausserdem spürt man bei Gradinger viel Erfahrung, das Team ist immer mit spannenden Anregungen und Ideen präsent. I have done a lot of different things at Gradinger, wrapping vehicle, plates, stickers, ... Quality and service were always ok. In addition, you can feel a lot of experience at Gradinger, the team is always present with exciting ideas and ideas.
S	Sven Schirmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folierung meines Autos wurde an sich sehr gut gemacht, doch hat sich leider in einem Türgriff (genau der, der am wenigsten genutzt wird, also in dem die Folie am wenigsten "nachgedrückt wird") nach fast 3 Jahren die Folie komplett abgelöst und ist ausgefranst und hält nicht mehr. Nach dem Zeitraum ist natürlich keine Garantie mehr drauf. Ich hatte auf Kulanz gehofft, da es ja nur ein Türgriff ist, an dem nachgebessert werden muss. Wurde leider verneint. Deswegen werde ich hier sicher keine Folierung mehr durchführen. Kunden behält man anders. Schade ! Für die ursprüngliche Arbeit 4 Sterne, für die nette Dame in der Hotline 5 Sterne und für die Kundenfreundlichkeit in Bezug auf eine Ausbesserung gibt es leider nur 1 Stern. Foiling of my car was done very well, but has unfortunately in a door handle (just the one that is least used, so in which the film is least "pushed") completely replaced the foil after almost 3 years and is frayed and does not stop anymore. After the period, of course, no guarantee is more. I had hoped for goodwill, since it is only a door handle on which must be repaired. Unfortunately was denied. That's why I will certainly no more foliation here. Customers keep you different. Pity ! For the original work 4 stars, for the nice lady in the hotline 5 stars and for the customer friendliness in terms of a repair there is unfortunately only 1 star.
