Total ärgerlich, der Umgang mit Neukunden und anfallenden Beschwerden. Unfortunately, extremely disappointing! Delivery very sparingly stocked, thus overpriced, was unfortunately inedible in terms of taste (incorrect storage). Totally annoying, dealing with new customers and complaints.

Einmal war eine Karotte ein bisschen braun, aber das ist bei frischen Gemüse halt so... So gesehen sind wir sehr happy und werden sicher auch nach den Lockdown Zeiten weitermachen. Weiter so! :) Tip top! Reliable, very varied, and good quality. Once a carrot was a little brown, but that's the case with fresh vegetables ... X	Xer Krutax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben um 7:10 am "Vormittag" unser erstes Vitamin-Gemüse-Kistl bekommen. Die Vorfreude war riesig, der Inhalt des Kistls war beim ersten Eindruck überschaubar. Preislich kann ich für unser Kisterl sagen, dass die Ware im Supermarkt ca. 10 Euro billiger gewesen wäre, da allerdings die Lieferkosten im Produkt enthalten sind verzerrt sich der direkte Preisvergleich. Aus dem Inhalt des Kistls werde ich allerdings nicht ganz schlau. So erschließt sich mir nicht, was genau ich mit EINER Karotte kochen soll. Hilfreich wäre auch eine Anmerkung um welche Kartoffeln es sich handelt. Ich bin nicht so der Fan von "Überraschungs-Kartoffeln". Es macht halt einen Unterschied ob ich ein Püree oder einen Salat machen will -bilde ICH mir halt ein. Da ich Kürbis bisher noch nie selbst gekocht habe, musste ich tatsächlich erst nachschlagen was genau diese "nackte Riesenerdnuss" ist. Es wäre also wünschenswert eine Art "Packliste" beizulegen. Ich nehme die auch gerne per E-Mail z.b. am Tag der Lieferung (spart ein Blatt Papier). Die Regionalität kann ich lediglich bei einem einzigen Produkt überprüfen, das war der Brokkoli, der war nicht regional. Absolut positiv finde ich, dass man Großteils auf Plastikverpackung verzichtet. Ich finde die Idee gut, und wir werden sicherlich weiter bestellen, nur vermutlich keine Kistln mehr. We got our first vitamin and vegetable box at 7:10 in the "morning". The anticipation was huge, the contents of the box were manageable at first glance. In terms of price, I can say for our box that the goods in the supermarket would have been about 10 euros cheaper, but since the delivery costs are included in the product, the direct price comparison is distorted. However, I can't really make sense of the contents of the box. So I don't understand what exactly I should cook with ONE carrot. It would also be helpful to note which potatoes are involved. I'm not a big fan of "surprise potatoes". It just makes a difference whether I want to make a puree or a salad - I just imagine it. Since I've never cooked pumpkin myself before, I actually had to look up what exactly this "naked giant peanut" is. So it would be desirable to include a kind of "packing list". I am also happy to receive them by e-mail, e.g. on the day of delivery (saves a piece of paper). I can only check the regionality of one product, that was the broccoli, it wasn't regional. I think it's absolutely positive that there is no plastic packaging for the most part. I think the idea is a good one and we will certainly continue to order, but probably no more boxes.
