C	Christine bernhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war gestern am 14.4. um 8.00 Uhr dort und ich muss sagen ich wurde sehr nett von der Aufnahmedame begrüßt und der diensthabende Arzt war auch sehr freundlich. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch stellte er die Diagnose und gab einige Medikamente mit und das dauerte nicht mal 1/4 Stunde und ich fuhr wieder nach Hause. Ich war sehr zufrieden und ich kann diesen Notdienst nur weiterempfehlen. So I was yesterday on 14.4. at 8.00 there and I have to say I was greeted very nicely by the recording lady and the doctor on duty was also very friendly. After a short conversation he diagnosed and gave some medications and that did not last 1/4 hour and I drove home again. I was very satisfied and I can only recommend this emergency service.

Sie wollte den Blutdruck meiner Oma nicht messen und ich durfte es auch nicht. Man solle im Wartezimmer Platz nehmen und eine Stunde warten. Wie wäre es mit Vitalzeichen???? Frechheit wäre ich nicht im Urlaub, gebe das eine Anzeige I am a nurse in the emergency room myself, the lady at the counter would have to be reported for lack of help. She didn't want to measure my grandma's blood pressure, and neither was I allowed to. One should take a seat in the waiting room and wait an hour. How about vital signs ???? S	Sarah Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich sehr starke Hals schmerzen habe und meine Mandeln schon voll entzündet waren musste ich heute leider zum Notaufnahme. Dort wurde ich um 10vor 12 wider weg geschickt da es anscheinend noch 15 Patienten vor mir gab. Wobei ich mir denke das das nicht mal 5 min zeit gekostet hätte, ich brauche ja nur die antibiotiker und gut is.. Die Dame an der Annahme war auch voll genervt und unhöflich.. Ich habe nämlich davor angerufen und mir wurde gesagt ich soll einfach vorbei kommen, kaum da gewesen wurde ich wider heim geschickt.. Tolle Notaufnahme muss man schon sagen ? Since I have a very bad throat and my tonsils were already completely inflamed, I had to go to the emergency room today. There I was sent away at 10 to 12 because there were apparently 15 patients before me. Although I think it would not have cost 5 minutes, I only need the antibiotics and is good .. The lady at the reception was also very annoyed and rude .. I called before and was told I should just come over, as soon as I was there I was sent home again .. You have to say great emergency room ?
J	Jane Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter (24J.) erschien gestern dort mit dem Gefühl eines Pfropfen im Ohr, Pochen und Pfeifen auch hörte sie immer schlechter. Dazu kam leichter Schwindel. Sie äußerte den Verdacht eines Hörsturzes der von der anwesenden Ärztin ignoriert wurde. Sie diagnostizierte eine Mittelohrenentzündung und verschrieb Nasenspray und Antibiotika. Meine Tochter fuhr daraufhin ins LKH. Dort wurde dann der Hörsturz diagnostiziert. Ich hoffe, dass diese Ärztin diese Zeilen liest und in Zukunft besser den Patienten ZUHÖRT. Denn sie weiß selbst am Besten welche Folgen ihre Handlungsweise haben hätte können, wenn meine Tochter nicht richtig behandelt geworden wäre! My daughter (24 yrs.) Appeared there yesterday with the feeling of a plug in her ear, and she heard throbbing and whistling worse and worse. There was also a slight dizziness. She expressed the suspicion of sudden hearing loss, which was ignored by the doctor present. She diagnosed otitis media and prescribed nasal sprays and antibiotics. My daughter then went to the LKH. The sudden hearing loss was diagnosed there. I hope that this doctor reads these lines and LISTENS better to the patients in the future. Because she herself knows best what consequences her behavior could have had if my daughter had not been treated properly!
M	Martin Fuchsal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 26.12. benötigte ich zum ersten Mal diese Einrichtung und bin sehr froh, dass wir sowas in Salzburg haben. Es waren unglaublich viele Menschen dort, die Schlange ging bis ins Wartezimmer und hinaus zur Strasse. Aber die Krankenschwester am Empfang hatte alles im Griff und war sehr, sehr freundlich und verlieh dem ganzen eine Ruhe :-) und war dennoch sehr flott. Von der Ärztin wurde ich auch sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr kompetent behandelt. Insgesamt eine tolle Einrichtung und ein tolles Team! Edit: Leider musste ich dieses Jahr (2021) am Heiligabend auch wieder diese Einrichtung aufsuchen (mit der Schwiegermutter) und wieder hatte diese nette Schwester Dienst. Auch von der Ärztin wurde ich gut betreut. Danke für alles On December 26th I needed this facility for the first time and I am very happy that we have something like this in Salzburg. There were an incredible number of people there, the queue went to the waiting room and out to the street. But the nurse at the reception had everything under control and was very, very friendly and gave the whole thing a calm :-) and was still very quick. The doctor gave me a very friendly welcome and treated me very competently. Overall, a great facility and a great team! Edit: Unfortunately this year (2021) I had to visit this facility again on Christmas Eve (with my mother-in-law) and again this nice sister was on duty. I was also well looked after by the doctor. Thank you for everything

I am currently trying to get in contact with the office to get the medical notes from my visit and would appreciate any help! If anyone knows a phone number or email address, please let me know! D	Dafni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These days you have to call in advance but my experience on a Sunday afternoon was pleasant given the circumstances. Waiting time around 30 mins and then seen by a friendly doctor who listened, examined, took a blood sample, and then discussed with me the treatment.
