B	Beate Laufenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eva A. hat sich über die Corona Situation geäußert. Auch wir fanden die Corona Maßnahmen im Hotel sehr grenzwertig. Der Chefkellner trug seine Maske unterhalb der Nase und um zum Salatbüffet zu gelangen musste man sich durch eine Gruppe Masken loser Gäste quälen. Das Essen, der Service und das Zimmer waren top. Nach Corona werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen Eva A. commented on the Corona situation. We also found the Corona measures in the hotel very borderline. The head waiter wore his mask below his nose and to get to the salad buffet you had to struggle through a group of masked guests. The food, the service and the room were great. We will definitely come back after Corona
E	Eva A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittag konnten Gäste einchecken und somit auspacken etc.. Beim Abendessen erfuhren alle Gäste, dass das Hotel in der Früh für die nächsten 5 Tage geschlossen wird und die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Grund war eine Corona-Erkrankung und damit fehlendes Personal. Entsprechend schlecht war das Abendessen. Man machte es sich einfach und setzte die Gäste des sehr gut gebuchten Hotels einfach auf die Straße. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob Corona-Folgen wirklich die Gastro trägt oder nicht doch der Gast. Geschlossene Gastro erhält Entschädigung und ausquartierter Gast erhält keinerlei Entschädigung für verhaute Urlaube und teure kurzfristige Umbuchungen. Der Gast ist der leid tragende nicht die Gastro, die in diesem Fall - ohne Corona-Hilfen - sicher ein Aushilfspersonal gefunden hätte. Keinerlei Preisnachlass, keinerlei Entschuldigung dies war der Umgang mit den Gästen eines 4 Sterne Hotel. At midday guests could check in and thus unpack etc. At dinner all guests found out that the hotel will be closed in the morning for the next 5 days and the rooms will have to be vacated. The reason was a corona disease and thus a lack of staff. The dinner was correspondingly bad. They made it easy on themselves and simply dumped the guests of the very well-booked hotel on the street. The question arises as to whether the consequences of the Corona crisis are really borne by the gastro or not by the guest. Closed gastro receives compensation and evicted guest receives no compensation for spoiled vacations and expensive short-term rebookings. The guest is the one who suffers, not the gastro, which in this case - without Corona help - would certainly have found temporary staff. No discount, no apologies, this was the way guests are treated in a 4 star hotel.
C	Cathrin Zechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Hotel. Unser Eindruck diesmal: Die Qualität vor allem beim Essen und im Service hat stark nachgelassen. Das mediterrane Buffet am Abend hatte noch viel Luft nach oben (Pizza trocken, Nudel an der Oberfläche angetrocknet, Muscheln stark gepfeffert, etc.). Nach der ersten Flasche Wein meinte der Kellner, dass er denselben nicht noch einmal hat. Warum serviert man so einen Wein einer größeren Gruppe dann überhaupt? Wir wollten am Abreisetag den Wellnessbereich noch nutzen. Alle Saunen waren ausgeschaltet. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Ansonsten ist der Bereich aber sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Alles in allem passte vom Gefühl her Preis und Leistung diesmal leider nicht so gut zusammen. It was not our first time at the hotel. Our impression this time: The quality, especially of the food and the service, has dropped significantly. The Mediterranean buffet in the evening still had a lot of room for improvement (pizza dry, pasta dried on the surface, mussels heavily peppered, etc.). After the first bottle of wine, the waiter said he wouldn't have the same again. So why serve such a wine to a larger group at all? We wanted to use the wellness area on the day of departure. All saunas were switched off. We thought that was a pity. Otherwise the area is very nice. The rooms are also very nice and clean. All in all, the feeling of price and performance unfortunately did not go so well together this time.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas wärmer sein speziell das Badezimmer. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zum Aussetzen. A beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Wellness area top notch. The rooms could be a bit warmer especially the bathroom. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
