M	Marcin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rewelacja. Bardzo komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone domki do tego znakomicie zlokalizowane. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba, sauna, jacuzzi, suszarka na buty, wygodne łóżka, zestaw kina domowego, nie wiem czego można sobie życzyć więcej. W zimie warto zaopatrzyć się w łańcuchy żeby dojechać do domku. Revelation. Very comfortable, well-equipped cottages, and ideally located. In the kitchen, everything you need, sauna, jacuzzi, shoe dryer, comfortable beds, home theater system, I don't know what more you can ask for. In winter, it is worth getting the chains to get to the cottage.

A	Angelina Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved to stay at the Alp Park Turracher Höhe. But this year the guests are so aweful. There are some restrictions in this park. You can't smoke, you can't barbecue, (because the whole park is made of wood), you can't bring animals, you may only park 2 cars at one chalet, it's not childfriendly. But we love it. Thats why we booked this park. But if you're German, you dont have to obey the restictions. Why? Because you've paid. And because you're German. Every day there were barbecues and dogs and smokers. And don"t even think about confronting them. Because they've paid. We have also paid. Quite a large sum of money. The reception and housekeeper don't take any actions. Also our chalet was not clean. We pay 300,-- extra for a clean house, but everywhere there were doghairs and dirty dishes. The luxury chalets are kept very poorly and that's a shame. Because the chalets are beautiful. And the environment is stunning. Please give a little more service.
M	Marije Goudriaan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Haus Igor, which was a nice house, but a bit worn. The organization that rents out the houses though, was not okay. Upon check-in time the house was not ready and we had to wait 4+ hours, without getting any updates in the meantime. The shower on the ground floor was not working, which was not mentioned, even though they knew. They promised to fix it the second day, but this never happened. Rubbish from the previous occupants was not cleared out (crates of empty beer bottles, empty soda cans e.g). The most annoying thing was, that we never received an apology....
T	Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chalets are great. Big, well furnished and with a great view. Be aware however they are not located here where Google maps shows them. They are off a bit further where Google still thinks only a forest is. It's a steep dirt road so in winter always snow chains or 4wd is required. So either you have to walk down quite a bit towards the ski bus\train or take the car.
