T	Timm Herget on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war längere Zeit Geschäftlich in der Gegend um Wien unterwegs, und da ich mir nicht immer was neues suchen wollte, habe ich mich dort für einige Zeit einquartiert. Ich habe mich die gesammte Aufendhaltsdauer sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es hat mir an nichts gefehlt! Vielen dank und gerne wieder! I was in the Vienna area on business for a long time, and since I didn't always want to look for something new, I stayed there for a while. I felt very comfortable the entire length of stay there. The room was very clean, the reception was very friendly and I didn't miss anything! Thank you very much and gladly again!

Der Vermieter hat sich immer sofort um jegliche Fragen gekümmert und Abends konnte man seinen Feierabend im Garten entspannt ausklingen lassen. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen. I was in Vienna for 3 months on business and felt very well. The apartment was very nicely decorated. The landlord has always taken care of any questions immediately and in the evening you could relax after work in the garden. I will definitely come again.

I Like your garden, the herbary is great, so many fresh greens to spice up your food!! The garden is also a great place to relax AND to work, WIFI is available!!! ;) Stayed in Vienna for two months, make me feel like home. I`ll be back!

Staying at 74living is like coming home from the very first minute. Nice backyard, very quiet. Location close to the historic city center of Vienna. Great for business and leisure. Maybe not the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for. Would book again any time!

It has beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms, and a quite and beautiful backyard garden. Franz, the owner, is very friendly, very receptive and responsive, and can be contacted anytime. The apartment is located in a beautiful street (Taborstraße) with easy access to both Vienna City Center and Danube River area. I enjoyed my 4-months stay there; I highly recommend it.

Very clean, comfortable room overlooking the garden. And according to my sleep app, I slept 5% better here than I normally do at home - so that tells you how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommended.
