★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundlich, präpotent, abweisend, ... spricht mit einer selbstverständlichkeit nur englisch, was kein problem wäre, aber dann minimale flexibilität bei umtausch, weil die schuhe ein geburtstagsgeschenk gewesen wären.
jetzt online um €90 billiger bestellt, mit rückgabe möglichkeit... sorry, aber so kann der lokale handel nicht überleben und soll es auch nicht! seit jahren dort unzählige schuhe gekauft, aber jetzt reicht's!
unfriendly, pretentious, dismissive, ... speaks only English as a matter of course, which would not be a problem, but then minimal flexibility when exchanging, because the shoes would have been a birthday present.
now ordered online for €90 cheaper, with return option... sorry, but the local trade can't survive like this and it shouldn't either! Bought countless shoes there for years, but that's enough!

Probably one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, and the icing on the cake was as one of them stood there as I tried to get out with the pram without even offering to hold the door. Never going back and ordering the shoes online.
