★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getriebeöl getauscht, Ergebnis passt. Nur die Teile haben sich etwas verspätet, kann aber mal passieren.
Gear oil changed, result fits. Only the parts were a little late, but it can happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich, kompetent und gehen auf dich ein. Hatte einen Schaden am Kotflügel er wurde innerhalb 1 Tages repariert und man merkt keinen unterschied vom Lack zum rest des Autos bin sehr zufrieden.
Very friendly, competent and responsive to you. Had a damage on the fender it was repaired within 1 day and you don't notice any difference between the paint and the rest of the car. I'm very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (!) Top Werkstätte. Bestens zu empfehlen. Bei Audi hat man mir erklärt, dass die Fehlersuche Stunden oder sogar Tage dauern könnte, bei einem Stundensatz jenseits von gut und böse. Die Firma Kroiss hat den Fehler gleich ausgelesen, analysiert, neue Teile bestellt, verbaut und am selben Tag der Reparatur wieder übergeben. TOP und DANKE. So stelle ich mir eine Werkstätte vor.
(!) Top workshop. Highly recommended. At Audi, I was told that troubleshooting could take hours or even days, with an hourly rate that goes beyond good and bad. The Kroiss company immediately read out the fault, analyzed it, ordered new parts, installed them and handed them over for repair on the same day. TOP and THANK YOU. This is how I imagine a workshop.
