Nach kurzer Schilderung meiner Reklamation per Kontaktaufnahme über Sie Internetseite kam ein promoter Rückruf. für Ersatz würde sofort gesorgt ich hatte innerhalb von 3 Tage die paddles Vorort in Deutschland. Haben noch kein Unternehmen erlebt das so gut mit Reklamation umgeht. Ich würde immer wieder dort kaufen ! Vielen Dank ich bin wirklich begeistert Great boards (trip) ... and great customer service. I can only recommend it. After briefly describing my complaint by contacting you via your website, there was a promoter callback. a replacement would be arranged immediately I had the paddles suburb in Germany within 3 days. We haven't seen a company that deals with complaints so well. I would buy there again and again! Thank you very much, I am really excited

Das Board ist klasse, das Paddel leicht und stabil (ebenso wie die mitgelieferte Tragetasche), der Service und die Kommunikation prompt und herzerfrischend freundlich... was willst du mehr?! I received the "Cross" in Corona year 2020 and was (and still am) extremely satisfied. The board is great, the paddle light and stable (as well as the supplied carrying bag), the service and communication prompt and refreshingly friendly ... what more could you want ?!

C	Christina Koll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir das Cross 11 in Mint bestellt, die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert aber ich wurde immer zuverlässig über den aktuellen Stand informiert ! Das Board kam mit allem was man als Einsteiger benötigt : Transportrucksack, Leash, Pumpe, Paddle, dry bag und wasserdichter Handyhülle. Der Rucksack kam mit einem kleinen riss am Logo ( muss wohl mit nem cuttermesser passiert sein ) aber das ist nicht weiter tragisch , da das die Funktionalität nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich bin selbst Sup Anfänger und wollte daher ein nicht zu teures und aber stabiles Board was ich auch mehrere Sommer fahren kann. Ich habe mein Board auf dem Bodensee getestet. Das Board ist stabil, könnte aber doch etwas Breiter sein. Anfängern mit weniger Gleichtsgewichtsinn würde ich das Active empfehlen, da die 78 cm doch etwas schmal sind und ich am Anfang auch öfters gewackelt habe und kurz vor dem Reinfallen war, aber auch alles eine Übungssache. Dennoch ist es ein super Board das stabil auf dem Wasser liegt, mit einem super service und einem unschlagbaren Preis-leistungsverhältnis! ich kann Glory boards nur empfehlen. I ordered the Cross 11 in mint, the delivery took a little longer, but I was always reliably informed about the current status! The board came with everything you need as a beginner: transport backpack, leash, pump, paddle, dry bag and waterproof mobile phone cover. The backpack came with a small crack on the logo (must have happened with a cutter knife) but that is not too tragic, as it does not affect the functionality. I'm a sup beginner myself and therefore wanted a board that was not too expensive but stable and that I can ride for several summers. I tested my board on Lake Constance. The board is stable, but could be a little wider. I would recommend the Active to beginners with less sense of equilibrium, because the 78 cm are a bit narrow and at the beginning I often wobbled and was about to fall into the air, but it was all a matter of practice. Nevertheless, it is a great board that is stable on the water, with great service and an unbeatable price-performance ratio! I can only recommend Glory boards.

Boards sind sehr leicht, der Rucksack bietet für alles Platz, mit der Pumpe aus dem mitgelieferten Zubehör, ist das Board "Ruck Zuck" aufgeblasen. Das Paddel ist sehr leicht und das Baord ist sehr einfach zu fahren. Es macht einfach sehr viel Freude. Danke liebes Glory Team für die tollen Boards und das spitzen Service bei der Bestellung und Lieferung. Would highly recommend the boards. We bought the Cross 11 in orange and mint. Boards are very light, the backpack offers space for everything, with the pump from the accessories supplied, the board is inflated "in no time at all". Tolle Qualität, schnell aufgepumpt und sehr stabil für 2 Personen! Coole große Tasche bzw Rucksack dabei, Board ist nicht zu schwer und kann gut beim wandern mitgenommen werden. Wir sind super zufrieden und haben auch schon erfolgreich an 2 Freunde weiterempfohlen :-) Wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir mal alle gemeinsam (glory boards whatsapp Gruppe) eine SUP Tour machen :) (Unsere Freundin war gestern mit am See, ihr Board (Marke weiß ich nicht) war teurer als unser glory board und ist im Wasser halb untergegangen!!! Wir sind echt happy und empfehlen die Boards auf jeden Fall weiter!! Great advice, easy-to-understand manual for assembly, board looks great in design and also wonderful in processing! Great quality, inflated quickly and very stable for 2 people! Cool big bag or backpack, the board is not too heavy and can be easily taken with you when hiking. We are super satisfied and have already successfully recommended two friends :-) We are looking forward to all of us doing a SUP tour together (glory boards whatsapp group) :) (Our friend was at the lake yesterday, her board ( I don't know the brand) was more expensive than our glory board and half went down in the water !!! We are really happy and definitely recommend the boards!
