 Unfortunately it is no longer a real outlet, I used to shop there a lot, now there are no more cheap outdoor items.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Viele tolle Marken.
Bei Reklamationen wird auf den Kunden eingegangen und somit fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Werde wieder hier einkaufen...
Nice mountain sports specialty shop with an integrated outlet (with great bargains). Very competent and friendly staff.
Price performance ratio is very good. Lots of great brands.
In the case of complaints, the customer is dealt with and thus one feels very well cared for. Will shop here again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice layout and selection of clothing and some gear. Outlet prices are ~1/3 off retail and mostly sizes on the outer ends of the spectrum. I like Salewa gear (as well as the associated brands) but I am disappointed that the cashier automatically billed me in USD without asking. This tacks on a 3% markup as well as an exchange rate that is another ~3% worse than the credit card company gives. Of course I didn't notice this overcharge until I was an hour away from the store and there is not an easy way to rectify it.
Bottom line, they have good gear but the "deals" are minimal and the sales tactics less than fully honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice outlet and store, a lot of very nice equipment, shoes and clothes but the "outlet" and price reduced pieces are only available in reduced amount of sizes and colors (but well... that's what an outlet is for, kinda...).
Very friendly and helpful staff, visit recommended if you're into proper mountain gear ;)
