★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Kundenservice, kaum jemand zu erreichen. Falls dann jemand am Telefon ist, kann dir keiner weiterhelfen.
 Poor customer service, hard to reach anyone. If someone is on the phone, nobody can help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe nicht was so schwierig ist einem Bestandskunden ein zweites Bankomatgerät zukommen zu lassen. Ich habe seit letztem Dienstag 4x(!) angerufen und wurde jeweils mit dem Hinweis auf einen Rückruf innerhalb der jeweils nächsten 24h abgespeist. Und das obwohl ich mehrfach erwähnt habe, das es extrem dringend ist!
I don't understand how difficult it is to give an existing customer a second ATM machine. I've called 4x(!) since last Tuesday and was fobbed off each time with the information that I would be called back within the next 24 hours. And that although I have mentioned several times that it is extremely urgent!
