Man bekommt rasch einen Termin und wird sehr gut und kompetent beraten. Auch bei Neuanschaffung eines PCs oder Laptops bekommt man Beratung und Unterstützung. Mein Laptop hatte immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem Hochfahren und war auch schon sehr langsam, hatte mir schon überlegt ein neues Gerät zu kaufen. Hr. Schwarz hat sich meinem Laptop angenommen und schon nach 2 Tagen hatte ich ihn wieder wie neu. Hochfahren war kein Problem mehr und er läuft auch wieder ohne lange Warterei. UND... das Service war wesentlich kostengünstiger als die Neuanschaffung! Werde mich weiterhin bei jeglichen Fragen und Anliegen an Hr. Schwarz wenden und kann dieses Service wirklich empfehlen!! If you have problems with hardware or software, you can always contact Mr. Turn black. You get an appointment quickly and receive very good and competent advice. You also get advice and support when purchasing a new PC or laptop. My laptop always had problems starting up and was also very slow, I was considering buying a new device. Mr. Black took care of my laptop and after 2 days I had it like new again. Starting up was no longer a problem and it runs again without a long wait. AND ... the service was much cheaper than the new purchase! I will continue to answer any questions and concerns to Mr. Turn black and can really recommend this service!

Er ist immer freundlich und höflich, auch wenn man mal auf "der Leitung" steht. Er "tigert" sich rein, bis es zu einer Problemlösung kommt. Hunde mag er auch, man darf sie zu ihm ins Büro mitbringen :) :) : ) Mr. Schwarz has been looking after me for several years and I am very satisfied with his service. He is always friendly and polite, even when you are on "the line". It "tigers" until a problem is solved. He also likes dogs, you can bring them to his office :) :):)

Mit Gelassenheit und Ruhe wurde der neue PC für mich hergerichtet und jetzt flutscht wieder alles ;-) Thank you for my new PC. My panic that the reinstallation would go wrong again was completely unnecessary thanks to GCS. The new PC was prepared for me with serenity and calm and now everything is slipping again ;-)

Besichtigung vor Ort, Einkauf der notwendigen neuen Geräte und Anschluss, neu einrichten der Zugänge - alles war in kürzester Zeit behoben. After months of massive internet problems / failures, I contacted Mr. Schwarz on recommendation. On-site inspection, purchase of the necessary new devices and connections, setting up the new entrances - everything was fixed in the shortest possible time.

GCS bietet ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Termine bekommt man kurzfristig und diese werden eingehalten, was leider heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Wir haben bis vor kurzem in Wien (14. Bezirk) gewohnt, auch diese Entfernung war kein Problem. Kleinigkeiten werden rasch durch die Fernbetreuung behoben. Auch telefonisch steht Herr Schwarz für Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Unser Laptop ist schon ein Oldie, durch das Jahresservice funktioniert er noch einwandfrei und ist für unseren Bedarf vollkommen ausreichend. Werden wir doch einen neuen Laptop brauchen, wird dieser oder ein Drucker nur noch bei GCS gekauft. Absolute Empfehlung das Leistungsangebot von Global Computer Service in Anspruch zu nehmen! By chance we got the contact from a friend a few years ago. GCS offers a top price-performance ratio, appointments are made at short notice and these are kept, which unfortunately is no longer a matter of course these days. We lived in Vienna (14th district) until recently, and this distance was not a problem either. Small things are quickly resolved by remote support. Mr. Schwarz is also available by telephone for advice and action. Our laptop is already an oldie, thanks to the annual service it still works flawlessly and is completely sufficient for our needs. If we do need a new laptop, this or a printer can only be bought from GCS. Absolute recommendation to take advantage of the services offered by Global Computer Service!
