Seitdem vor zirka 1 Monat die Firma Corroplan aufgrund einer anonymen Anzeige von der Baupolizei, Umweltbehörde und dem Arbeitsinspektoriat zu einem Baustellestopp Vorort gezwungen wurde, antwortet die Firma nicht mehr auf Emails oder Anrufe. Das, obwohl mir Herr Heberling (Ansprechperson) und Herr Niederer (Geschäftsführer) zugesichert haben, die Baustelle so rasch wie möglich fertig zu stellen. Ich habe nun ein halb abgeschliffenes Dach und die Anzahlung bereits geleistet. Update 18.5.2017: Nach etlichen Telefonaten mit der Firma wurde die Baustelle letztendlich ordentlich fertig gestellt. Man braucht allerdings viel Geduld und starke Nerven. Die Fertigstellung hat sich aufgrund der Behörden um Monate verzögert. Grundsätzlich hätten 2 Handwerker innerhalb 2 Tage die Renovierung durchgeführt. Mit dem Endergebnis bin ich bis dato zufrieden. Preislich in jedem Fall zu empfehlen, aber unbedingt vorab abklären, ob das zu renovierende Dach Asbesthaltig ist. In Wien, so meine Erfahrung, wird offensichtlich stärker kontrolliert, als im ländlichen Bereich. Caution with asbestos-containing corrugated roofs! Since about 1 month ago the company Corroplan was forced to stop on site due to an anonymous announcement by the building police, environmental authority and the labor inspectorate, the company has no longer responded to emails or calls. This is despite the fact that Mr. Heberling (contact person) and Mr. Niederer (managing director) have assured me that the construction site will be completed as quickly as possible. I now have a half-sanded roof and have already paid the deposit. Update May 18, 2017: After several telephone calls with the company, the construction site was finally properly completed. However, you need a lot of patience and strong nerves. Due to the authorities, the completion was delayed by months. Basically, 2 craftsmen would have carried out the renovation within 2 days. So far I am satisfied with the end result. Recommended in every case, but always clarify in advance whether the roof to be renovated contains asbestos. In my experience, there is obviously more control in Vienna than in rural areas.
R	Ralf Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ursprünglich hätte ich ja fast nur gutes geschrieben, aber es ist wirklich traurig wie man hier als Kunde behandelt wird nachdem man bezahlt hat. Es gibt im Prinzip nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht ordentlich durchgeführt wurden, aber diese sind umso schlimmer wenn sich das Ganze über Monate hinweg zieht. Ich kann nur empfehlen die Rechnung nicht völlig zu begleichen, denn nur dann sieht sich wohl dieses Unternehmen in der Pflicht den Kunden nicht gänzlich zu ignorieren und auf Mails zu antworten. Ich hatte mich darauf verlassen, dass es sich um ein ehrliches Unternehmen handelt und wurde leider enttäuscht. Ich warte jetzt mittlerweile seit fast 2 Jahren auf Fertigstellung vorhandener Mängel und werde wohl jetzt den Schritt zum Rechtsanwalt antreten müssen. Edit: Es konnte nun doch eine Lösung gefunden werden, von daher korrigiere ich auf 3 Sterne. Originally I almost only wrote good things, but it is really sad how you are treated here as a customer after you have paid. In principle there are only a few little things that have not been carried out properly, but these are all the worse if the whole thing goes on for months. I can only recommend not paying the bill completely, because only then will this company feel obliged not to ignore the customer entirely and to respond to emails. I had relied on it being an honest company and was unfortunately disappointed. I have been waiting for the completion of existing defects for almost 2 years now and will probably have to take the step to become a lawyer. Edit: A solution could now be found, so I correct it to 3 stars.

Auch die Arbeiter gehören gelobt, die waren sehr fleißig und freundlich. Das Dach sieht wie neu aus. Are very satisfied with the work. Mr. Heberling quickly sent us an offer and made a competent impression. The workers also deserve praise, they were very hardworking and friendly. The roof looks like new.
