★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als 4 Wochen hatten Sie meine Glas-Schranktür zum Reparieren. Als sie zurückkam, war es das Falsche Glas. Sie haben mir versichert sie kommen in derselben Woche um das Glas zu tauschen - Nun ist es 3 Wochen her. - Antwortet nicht einmal mehr.
You had my glass cabinet door to be repaired for more than 4 weeks. When she came back it was the wrong glass. You have assured me that they will come in the same week to change the glass - it has now been 3 weeks. - Don't even answer anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war es nicht möglich, innerhalb von mehr als vier Wochen ein Angebot über eine simple Glas-Pendeltüre zu erhalten. Selbst der bei der telefonischen Nachfrage werden nur Ausreden genannt und der neuerlich versprochene Termin verstreicht ohne Feedback. Schon die semi-professionelle Aufnahme der Abmessungen hätte mich stutzig machen sollen - wer einen Professionisten sucht ist an dieser Stelle wohl nicht am richtigen Platz
Unfortunately, it was not possible to receive an offer for a simple glass swing door within more than four weeks. Even those asked by telephone are only given excuses and the newly promised appointment passes without feedback. Even the semi-professional recording of the dimensions should have puzzled me - if you are looking for a professional, this is probably not the right place
