Das Bild lag ungerahmt noch am selben Platz,wo es bei der Auftragerteilung von der Chefin persönlich abgelegt wurde. das nenne ich "Top Kundenbetreuung".
After I gave a picture to the frame and after half a week I didn't get any notice of completion. I asked personally in the shop. The picture was unframed in the same place where the boss personally placed it when the order was placed. that's what I call "Top Customer Care".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Glas neu herstellen lassen, erstens wurde gesagt, das es eine Woche dauern würde, und es sind mehr als drei Wochen vergangen!!!! Auch auf meine Frage, was es kosten würde , bekam ich von der Chefin selbst die Antwort, " es nicht so schlimm werden wird." Ich war einmal und nie wieder dort!
I had a new glass made, first of all it was said it would take a week and more than three weeks have passed !!!! When I asked what it would cost, I got the answer from the boss herself: "It won't be that bad." I've been there once and never again!
