★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste diese Firma leider so bewerten weil ich brauchte nur einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Versicherung und Dan hätten sie den austrag bekommen für eine grosses Fenster und eine Balkon Türe aber nach mehrmaligem anrufen und Termin vereinbarungen die nicht eingehalten wurden und ich dadurch min 4 Std um sonst warte musste is es mir zu blöd geworden nach zu telefonieren anscheinend benötigt die Firma keine Aufträge
I unfortunately had to rate this company because I only needed a cost estimate for the insurance company and Dan would have received the order for a large window and a balcony door, but after making several calls and making appointments that were not being met, I was at least 4 hours away had to wait, it got too stupid for me to call, apparently the company doesn't need any orders

Negative, unfriendly not friendly at all, long waiting time absolutely inflexible. You are better off in any other glazier.

Great service, punctual delivery and a lot cheaper than other glaziers I can really recommend Glas Zemann.
