Unfortunately I cannot give fewer stars, although zero would be appropriate! The staff is hostile to foreigners and the information given - deliberately misleading !!
D	Dana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Geschäft hat wegen der Unfreundlichkeit des Besitzers 0 Sterne verdient. Wir gingen in dieses Geschäft um Ohrringe zu probieren die uns in der Auslage gefielen. Der Herr war sichtlich genervt als meine Mutter Interesse an zwei verschiedenen Ohrringen hatte und fuhr sie an sie solche doch nur auf ein Paar zeigen und diese gefälligst auch nicht angreifen. Ich wusste nicht dass hinzeigen schon angreifen ist. So viel Unfreundlichkeit ist mir noch nie untergekommen!!!!! Kann allen nur abraten dort einzukaufen!! This shop has earned 0 stars because of the rudeness of the owner. We went to this shop to try earrings that we liked in the display. The gentleman was visibly annoyed when my mother was interested in two different earrings and drove them to show them only on a pair and they do not want to attack them either. I did not know that pointing is attacking. So much unfriendliness has never come to me !!!!! Can only advise everyone to shop there !!
D	David Mackay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service to the point where the man who I assume owns the shop laid hands on me, he grabbed my arm and was shouting at my mother. Back story The shop tells you not to touch the purses or bags. We didn’t. We were polite, we asked to see the bag and purse we wanted to purchase. He proceeded to take it off the shelf and hand it to us to which we were confused as we thought we couldn’t touch the items. When we decided to purchase more he then sighed but followed us around the shop anyway, my mother then asked to see another purse but when she touched it he lost his temper to the point that it gave my mother anxiety and he physically struck my arm and grabbed me. I would recommend that nobody visits this shop even though their merchandise and prices are fantastic, their customer service was absolutely woeful. If only I could give zero stars Avoid at all costs.
