Sowohl telefonisch als auch im Laden war das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent und das Fleisch war von bester Qualität (ich esse Steak gerne sehr roh und das Fleisch war extrem zart und lecker).
I spontaneously needed beef lung roast for steak and called the shop to see if they still had enough goods. Both on the phone and in the shop, the staff was very friendly and competent and the meat was of the best quality (I like to eat steak very raw and the meat was extremely tender and tasty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gissinger steht für Qualität. Dort einzukaufen ist immer ein Genuss. Obwohl ich persönlich beim Herkömmlichen bleibe, hat mir die Chefin einiges über ihren veganen Leberkäse erklärt. Ein freundlicher Betrieb mit hochwertiger Ware. Schön dass es sowas noch gibt.
Gissinger stands for quality. Shopping there is always a pleasure. Although I personally stick to the conventional, the boss has explained a few things to me about her vegan meat loaf. A friendly company with high quality goods. Nice that there is still something like that.
