★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man mich vor 2 Jahren gefragt hätte hätte ich absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Nur leider ist das Personal Mittlerweile total anders aufgestellt.
Die Dame mit den Locken, die Dame mit dem Kopftuch und der Herr mit den zurück gegelten Haaren sind die einzig Freundlichen dieser Filiale.
Die anderen sprechen ausschließlich jugoslawisch (völlig egal ob ein Kunde gerade mit der Mitarbeiterin spricht) untereinander - und das als Filialleiterin.
Die andere Mitarbeiterin flucht rum (war ja nur mein Kleinkind dabei ???♀️), wenn sie eine weitere Kasse eröffnen muss.
Die Filialleiterin spaziert hinter einem anderen Kind mit einem Karton, und schüttelt mit dem Kopf, weil das Kind keine Augen hinten hat und sie nicht sieht.
Also bei solch ungeduldigen und gestressten Mitarbeitern bleiben leider nicht mehr viele Sterne übrig. ? Das war früher nicht so, ich bin seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig dort einkaufen (gewesen).
Dennoch möchte ich den 3 bemühten Mitarbeitern großes Lob zusprechen. ?
 If you had asked me 2 years ago I would have absolutely nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the staff is now completely different.
The lady with the curly hair, the lady with the headscarf and the gentleman with the hair gelled back are the only friendly people in this branch.
The others only speak Yugoslavian (regardless of whether a customer is speaking to the employee) among themselves - and that as a branch manager.
The other employee curses (only my toddler was there ???♀️) when she has to open another till.
The branch manager walks behind another child with a cardboard box and shakes her head because the child has no eyes behind and cannot see them.
Unfortunately, with such impatient and stressed employees, there aren't many stars left. ? It wasn't like that in the past, I've been shopping there regularly since it opened.
Nevertheless, I would like to give the 3 hard-working employees great praise. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maske leider auf der Straße verloren, sagen die im Geschäft, sie haben keine Masken mehr, auch nicht zu kaufen. Wollte eh keine gratis. Was ist dass für eine schlechte Planung, schlechte Geschäftsführung.
Mask unfortunately lost on the street, say those in the shop, they have no more masks, not even to buy. Didn't want any for free anyway. What kind of bad planning, bad management.

Everything has to be rushed, they don't even have time to give you the change, they put it on the desk, even when people are reaching a hand for the change. One time she didn't even give me the change back (I'm not making this up). They are rude to customers who are asking questions on products, and don't even allow an old lady enough time to pack her groceries in her bag.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a customer service job. If you don't like it, quit. Don't give me an attitude.
I have seen customers being shocked at the impolite way these people handle their customers.
