★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, after a very long way of walking with the kids they wanted Ice cream as the weather was hot. We went inside the restaurant and saw the normal Ice cream which you get from the supermarkets, we asked if there are other types and the guy said no so we ordered for us and went to sit in the outside area. Then the surprise that there is actually a total other types of Ice cream in the menu card! I went to the guy and said we will order the big ones from the menu and he replied with "no"!!! We got the ice cream already from the freezer! I mean come on! This is from the supermarket and you can simply put it back but again he said NO. What kind of service is that! Will never ever come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly. The waiters are asking you very often if you want to order something, you don't have time to decide, it's frustrating. Bad behaviour with the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super grumpy and downright rude waiter helped us. When we paid, he just walked away without giving us back 9 euros of change. I asked him what happened to the change, he then angrily replied that he took it as a 'thank you' for the (poor) service. After which he gave it back. Never had this happen before in any restaurant.
The kaisersmarn was very dry and tasted like it was reheated before serving. On the plus side, the views on the rooftop are spectacular and the gulash soup and tomato soup were fine.
