★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upstairs restaurant is more calm compared to the other places in Königsleiten. Just food used to be much better, e.g. their former dish "Käsespätzle" now replaced with tortellini with tomato sauce which look and taste more like frozen foods which everyone could easily heat up on their own after skiing. Only the fish was pretty good and a big portion. Plastic menus looks cheap, salad mostly basic ingredients as canned corn so nothing special.Would rather try their Pizza place downstairs next time when going out. The indoor playground is really big and never crowded with crazy kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is nice. Glacier view is amazing.. Negative: 1. We booked HB but drinks in the evening were to be paid extra - even water!!! 2. Shampoo instead of soap for hand washing (Dove). 3. Room was too small and too dark. 4. Staff not friendly, sometimes not speak the language (it's not a problem as such, but we were lacking assistance when needed sometimes). 5. Better go to breakfast as early as possible otherwise you don't get fresh vegetables at all! 6. Very poor breakfast in general - cheap cheese and salami, no juice - rather instant sugary liquids. In general - 3* max..
