Nachdem wir eine Dreiviertelstunde gewartet haben, während anscheinend Bekannte der Betreiber vorgereiht wurden, haben wir das Rad dann wo anders gekauft. Eine zweite Chance hat natürlich jeder verdient. In den letzten beiden Wochen war ich zwei Mal im Shop Grieskirchen und einmal in Peuerbach. Diesmal soll es ein Rad für mich selber werden. Der versprochene Rückruf kam nie, ebenso wie eine ordentliche Beratung. Der etwas unmotivierte Verkäufer in Gr meinte nur, das gewünschte Modell wäre in meiner Größe nicht lagernd. Er wollte mir aber auch keine Alternative zeigen, genauso wenig wie ein passendes für mich zu bestellen. Mit beidem wäre ich einverstanden gewesen. Also ab zur Konkurrenz... I wanted to buy a bike for my daughter last year. After waiting three quarters of an hour while apparently acquaintances of the operator were lined up, we bought the bike somewhere else. Of course, everyone deserves a second chance. In the last two weeks I have been to the Grieskirchen shop twice and once in Peuerbach. This time it should be a bike for myself. The promised callback never came, as well as proper advice. The somewhat unmotivated seller in size only said that the model I wanted was not in stock in my size. But he didn't want to show me an alternative, nor did he want to order a suitable one for me. I would have agreed with both. So off to the competition ...

Das Rad sieht super aus und ist für Mädchen sowie auch Jungen gut verwendbar, was uns beim Kauf sehr wichtig war. Wir wurden sehr kompetent beraten und würden jederzeit wieder dort einkaufen. E	Edisa Duranovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war ein Reinfall! Wir haben uns vor einer Woche am Mittwoch ein Fahrrad angesehen. Dieses war aber nicht aufgebaut. Es wurde ein Termin für eine Woche später angesetzt, sodass das Fahrrad aufgebaut werden konnte und wir es dann probieren könnten. Am Montag, einen Tag vor dem Termin, haben wir sogar angerufen, weil wir etwas früher kommen konnten. Es hieß, das Fahrrad sei noch nicht aufgebaut, sie würden uns anrufen, sollte es sich ausgehen. Einen Anruf bekamen wir nicht, also fuhren wir heute hin. Wir wollten das Rad und noch ein zusätzliches Damenfahrrad kaufen. Dann bekamen wir die Auskunft, dass das Fahrrad irrtümlich verkauft wurde! Eine Frechheit! Zum einen hatten Sie unsere Telefonnummer und wir wurden nicht verständigt (wir fuhren umsonst dorthin)zum anderen frage ich mich, wann das möglich war, wenn es am Montag noch nicht einmal aufgebaut war. Nie wieder betrete ich dieses Geschäft! Übrigens wurde der Fehler vom Chef begangen, der nicht einmal anwesend war. Die wunderbare Botschaft durfte uns der Lehrling überbringen. That was a letdown! On the one hand you had our telephone number and we were not notified (we went there for free) on the other hand I wonder when that was possible if it wasn't even set up on Monday. I will never enter this shop again! By the way, the mistake was made by the boss, who wasn't even present. The apprentice was able to bring us the wonderful message.
M	Markus Siegele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab nach telefonischer Rücksprache übers Internet ein E-MTB bestellt und am selben Tag mit Bezahlung vor Ort abgeholt. Beim Abholen wurde mir noch diverses Zubehör angeboten. Ich habe mich für einen Fahrradständer entschieden. Dieser wurde rasch und ohne Montagekosten montiert. Das Rad konnte ich dann sofort mitnehmen. Der erste Service ist kostenlos beim Kauf des Bikes dabei. Es wurde mir auch angeboten, beim Einladen ins Auto zu helfen. Gerne wieder. I chose a bike rack. This was installed quickly and without installation costs. I was able to take the bike with me straight away. The first service is free when you buy the bike. I was also offered to help with loading into the car. Gladly again.

Wurden sofort montiert.!! ..Beratung und Verkauf von Claudia, die äußerst kompetent und freundlich war. Hat sich Zeit genommen und alles super erklärt. Hatte das Gefühl, sehr ehrlich beraten zu werden und konnte auch ein paar Bikes testen und in Ruhe entscheiden. Wir sehen uns beim Gratisservice -Danke? Very competent advice! Many thanks to Marco for that !! I also find it very good that no attempt was made to "look at" a more expensive bike. A	Alois Föttinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auswahl und Beratung waren top. Jedoch hätten nach dem Kauf u.A. noch Licht vorne / hinten und Katzenaugen montiert werden sollen. Ich habe auf die relativ simple Montage (Glocke, Tacho, Licht hinten) fast eineinhalb Stunden warten müssen. Zu Hause festgestellt das Licht vorne und Katzenaugen vergessen wurden. (Für Stvo. bzw. Fahrsicherheit nicht unbeträchtlich) Nach einem Anruf und Bitte um Lieferung der vergessenen Teile (da ich insgesamt ca. 1 Stunde hin und zurück fahren müsste) bis heute (3 Wochen später) nichts mehr gehört. Da für mich der Service recht wichtig ist und offensichtlich versagt hat, gibt's 1 Stern Abzug. Selection and advice were great. However, after the purchase, i.a. light front / rear and cat eyes should be mounted. I had to wait almost an hour and a half for the relatively simple assembly (bell, speedometer, rear light). At home found the light in front and cat eyes were forgotten. (Not inconsiderable for road traffic regulations or driving safety) After a call and a request for delivery of the forgotten parts (since I would have to drive there and back for about 1 hour in total) nothing was heard until today (3 weeks later). Since the service is very important to me and has obviously failed, there is a 1 star deduction.
