Am besten gefallen mir die Beckenbodengeräte von PelviPower und das Konzept des Milon Zirkels. Zudem wird vorab bei einem persönlichen Gespräch eine Körpermessung vorgenommen, bei der zb Körperfett, Wasser, biologisches Alter, usw gemessen werden, um auf sich persönlich zugeschnitten und effektiv trainieren zu können. Friendly, very nice team and nice studio with high-quality, modern training equipment. Childcare is also offered! What I like best is the PelviPower pelvic floor devices and the concept of the Milon circuit. In addition, a body measurement is carried out in advance during a personal conversation, in which eg body fat, water, biological age, etc. are measured in order to be able to train personally and effectively.

Bei Fragen ist immer jemand zur Stelle, auch ein Physiotherapeut beratet und behandelt im Studio. Ich kann dieses Studio nur weiterempfehlen. Great, competent, personable team. You immediately feel comfortable and well received. If you have any questions, there is always someone on hand, including a physiotherapist who can advise and treat you in the studio. Das Team ist kompetent und sympathisch und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen aber für FITFAM mache ich mal eine Ausnahme. Sehr empfehlenswert :) For the past few months I have been able to train at FITFAM and I am quite simply convinced. The team is competent and personable and you immediately feel at home. I don't normally write reviews, but I make an exception for FITFAM. Highly recommended :)
