★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein relativ großes, aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt zu veräußern. Die Bewertung durch Hr. Kagerer erfolgte äußerst korrekt und vor allem realistisch. Die Fa. Marktwert begleitete uns äußerst professionell durch einige Hürden, die sich erst im Verlauf der Veräußerungsaktivitäten ergaben. Obwohl der Verkauf dieses Objekts für einen Makler nicht unbedingt eine sehr lukrative Angelegenheit war, haben sich Hr. Kagerer und sein Mitarbeiter trotzdem mit viel Engagement der Sache angenommen und auch zu einem durchaus zufriedenstellenden Ende gebracht. Danke dafür, und unsere absolute Weiterempfehlung!
We had a relatively large, but rather aging property to sell. The evaluation by Mr. Kagerer was extremely correct and, above all, realistic. The company Marktwert accompanied us very professionally through some hurdles that only arose in the course of the sales activities. Although the sale of this property was not necessarily a very lucrative proposition for a realtor, Mr. Nevertheless, Kagerer and his employees accepted the matter with great commitment and brought it to a thoroughly satisfactory end. Thanks for that, and our absolute recommendation!
