Beide Male konnte ein kurzfristiger Termin vereinbart werden. Beim Termin selber wurde zeiteffizient gehandelt. Christian erschien mit Kamera und einigen Hilfsmitteln sowie mit einer Bürodame, die das Protokoll festhielt. So konnte innerhalb von 90 min. eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 2.000 m2 (Büros + Lager) in Augenschein genommen werden. Bereits ein paar Tage später war das ausführliche Gutachten bei uns im Büro. Einfach top! Preis/Leistung ebenso! Danke Christian! Weiter so.. We have already had access to the expert knowledge of Christian Bäunard and his team twice in the field of building expertise this year. A short-term appointment could be made both times. The appointment itself was time-efficient. Christian appeared with a camera and some aids, as well as an office lady who recorded the minutes. So within 90 min. a total area of approx. 2,000 m2 (offices + warehouse) can be inspected. The detailed report was already in our office a few days later. Simply great! Price / performance as well! Bäunard zukommen. Bei den Sanierungsarbeiten wurden wir sehr professionell begleitet, leider wurden noch mehr Mängel festgestellt wie bei der ersten Begutachtung. Aber zum Glück wurde Dank Hrn. Bäunard alles gerichtet. Get an appointment at very short notice for the assessment and a detailed statement. Will certainly come back to Mr. Bäunard for the renovation work. We were accompanied very professionally during the renovation work, unfortunately even more defects were found than in the first assessment. Fortunately, thanks to Mr. Bäunard, everything was judged.
