T	Theresa Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen und nicht in Braunau sondern weit außerhalb im Ort Ranshofen! Leider ist dieser Firmensitz für ein Neues Wohnen propagierendes Wohungsuternehmen unzeitgemäß zu weit außerhalb gelegen und eigentlich nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (Bus fährt halbe Stunde von Braunau). Die kundenfeindliche Lage lässt aber auf die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter schließen und man sollte sich gleich den Weg und Geschäftsbeziehungen mit dieser Firma sparen: Die augenscheinlich sehr jungen unerfahrenen Mitarbeiter lassen einen nach trotz ausführlichen Telefonaten und Emails von weit weg herkommen, Wohnungen besichtigen, die dafür erforderlichen Formulare mit persönlichsten Informationen ausfüllen, um dann, obwohl sie wissen, dass man die Anfahrts- und mehrfachen Übernachtungskosten hat, einfach zu sagen, die Wohnung wäre bereits schon vergeben worden (also während des Besichtigungstermins und obwohl die Wohnung wochenlang danach noch auf ihrer Homepage ausgeschrieben ist)! Lockangebot oder was? Not recommended and not in Braunau but far outside in the village Ranshofen! Unfortunately, this company headquarters for a New Housing propagating Wohungsuternehmen is out of time too far out and actually only with the car easily accessible (bus takes half an hour from Braunau). The customer-hostile situation, however, suggests the competence of the employees and one should immediately save the way and business relations with this company: The apparently very young inexperienced employees allow you to come in spite of extensive phone calls and e-mails from far away, visit apartments, fill out the required forms with the most personal information, then, even though they know that you have the travel and multiple accommodation costs, easy to say the apartment would have been already taken (ie during the viewing and although the apartment is still advertised on their homepage for weeks)! Lure offer or what?

Anscheinend läuft er mit Scheuklappen herum und schaut nur das ihn keiner erblickt anstelle alles zu notieren was es zum machen gibt. Beanstandungen und Anregungen für Verbesserungen von Bewohnern werden nur dürftig bearbeitet, auf Mails bekommt man sowieso keine Antwort. Schade um die schöne Wohnanlage, hoff es wird sich bald was ändern. Sometimes I wonder what there is a contact person in our residential complex for. Apparently he walks around with blinkers and only sees that no one sees him instead of noting everything there is to do. Complaints and suggestions for improvements by residents are processed only sparsely, you won't get an answer to emails anyway. Too bad about the beautiful residential complex, hope something will change soon.
F	Farida Arsanalieva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten uns im August.2020 eine Wohnung angeschaut die wir auch sofort nach frei werden gern mieten wollten da bekamen wir eine Absage.Dieses Jahr Mai.2021 wieder eine Absage mit Begründung es wurde einen anderen Mitwerber vermietet.Es werden alle persönlichen Daten genommen und dann bekommt man trozdem eine Absage jedes mal mit Begründung wurde an einen anderen Mitwerber vergeben.Das 1 mal waren wir aus Graz um die 1 Wohnung zu Besichtigen gefahren jetzt bei der 2 Wohnung aus Salzburg.Es müssten richtige Vorschriften geben welche Voraussetzungen man für eine Gewog Wohnung habe müsste um diese auch zu bekommen und nicht Leute umsonst anschauem lassen und absagen. In August 2020 we looked at an apartment that we wanted to rent immediately after it became vacant, so we received a rejection. This year in May 2021, another rejection with the reason that another competitor was rented out. All personal data will be taken and Then you still get a rejection every time with a reason was given to a different competitor. The 1 time we drove from Graz to the 1 apartment to visit now at the 2 apartment from Salzburg. There should be correct regulations which requirements for a weighed Apartment would have to get this and not let people look for free and cancel.
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie solch eine schlechte Wohngenossenschaft erlebt , Miet ping Pong vom Feinsten . 2 Jahre in der Wohnung 4 oder 5 Verschiedene Mieten. Hausverwalter reinste Katastrophe lässt sich alle paar Jahre mal sehen absolut unsympathischer Mensch. Zeiten von Corona , statt mal etwas abstand zu halten kommt dieser bis einige cm vor einem hin und redet dann über diverse Mängel die behoben werden müssen , sonst Schriftliche Mahnung usw. Es hieß es sei Familienfreundlich .... Spielplatz oder Anlage ist sowas von verkommen zahlen aber alle mieter zahlen natürlich dafür innerhalb der Miete. ..... es gibt zahlreiche andere Sachen noch aber denke dann wirds zu lang hier .... Never seen such a bad housing association, ping pong rental at its finest. 2 years in the apartment 4 or 5 different rents. Property manager purest disaster can be seen every few years absolutely unsympathetic person. Times of Corona, instead of keeping a little distance, he comes up to a few cm in front of you and then talks about various defects that need to be fixed, otherwise a written reminder, etc. It was said to be family-friendly .... Playground or facility is kind of depraved paying but of course all tenants pay for it within the rent. ..... there are numerous other things but think it will be too long here ....
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Mietverhältnis selber hat alles gepasst, allerdings beim Ausziehen wurden wir dann sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung wurde von uns 1A übergeben, was auch die Dame, die die Kautionsbesichtigung durchgeführt hatte gesagt hat. Einzig und alleine war ein 5L Boiler zu besorgen. Das Angebot seitens der Dame der Gewog hieß es, dieser würde um die 80€ kosten.. im Endeffekt wurden mir über 160€ von der Kaution abgezogen, die ich nach ewigem Nachrufen 3 Monate nach Auszug überwiesen bekommen habe. Die Unterlagen dazu wurden mir noch immer nicht per Post geschickt, wobei ich sie nach über 4 Monaten Wartezeit offensichtlich auch nicht mehr bekommen werde. Achja und gewisse Personen heben partout nicht ab, egal wie oft man sie anruft! With the tenancy itself everything was fine, but when we moved out we were very disappointed. The apartment was handed over by us 1A, which was also said by the lady who carried out the deposit inspection. The only thing to do was to get a 5L boiler. The offer from the lady of the Gewog said that it would cost around € 80 .. In the end, over € 160 was deducted from the deposit that I received 3 months after moving out of the house after repeated obituaries. The documents for this have still not been sent to me by post, although I will obviously no longer receive them after waiting more than 4 months. Oh yes, and certain people do not answer, no matter how often you call them!

The previous one was totally disappointing, unsympathetic and incompetent for her position ..not just with me, but more work colleagues of mine reported similar experiences.
