★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Dezember habe ich mehrere Artikel als Weihnachtsgeschenke gekauft, die auch zeitnah geliefert wurden. Leider waren die Artikel stark verschmutzt und ich bat um Austausch. Die neue Lieferung kam umgehend, ich sollte den Rückversand jedoch erst einmal selbst zahlen und würde die Portokosten dann erstattet bekommen. Dies habe ich natürlich getan. Viele Emails mit Aufforderung nach Erstattung der Portokosten wurden selbstverständlich IGNORIERT und bis heute (7 Wochen später) warte ich noch immer auf meine Erstattung. Vielen Dank für NICHTS!! Absolut KEINE Empfehlung für diesen Shop!!
In December, I bought several articles as Christmas presents, which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the articles were severely dirty and I asked for exchange. The new delivery came immediately, but I should first pay the return shipment and would then get the postage costs. Of course, I did this. Many emails with call for reimbursement of postage costs were of course ignored and until today (7 weeks later) I still wait for my refund. Thank you for nothing !! Absolutely no recommendation for this shop !!
