M	Markus Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht, hier wird man abgezockt! Pickerlüberprüfung beim Seper gemacht: Ich wollte nur das notwendigste, also schwere Mängel repariert haben. Es sollten über 1.500,- Euro (!) für Reparaturen gezahlt werden. Da mir das sehr viel vorkam, bin ich zum ÖAMTC gegangen und habe dort überprüfen lassen. Danach hat die Reparatur nur 315,- Euro (!) gekostet. Beim Seper hat man mich angelogen "Wir sind ein kleiner Betrieb und müssen genauer arbeiten". Bei der ÖAMTC Nachüberprüfung habe ich dort den Mechaniker gefragt, wieso der Seper so viel anderes tauschen und reparieren wollte. Er hat sich die betroffenen Punkte angeschaut und dabei habe ich selbst mit eigenen Augen gesehen, dass der Seper mir einwandfreie Teile tauschen und verrechnen wollte. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich rate jedem, der nicht abgezockt werden will, einen großen Bogen um die Seper Werkstätte zu machen. Beware, here you get ripped off! At Seper I was lied to "We are a small company and have to work more precisely". During the ÖAMTC follow-up check I asked the mechanic there why the Seper wanted to replace and repair so many other things. He looked at the points concerned and I saw with my own eyes that the Seper wanted to exchange and offset me for faultless parts. An absolute cheek. I advise everyone who does not want to be ripped off to avoid the Seper workshop.

Nur wieso nach einem Service der Boardcomputer ausgelesen werden muss verstehe ich nicht ganz... Pickerl mache ich nur beim Oeamtc und würde das generell nicht in einer Werkstatt machen... Satisfied. Prices are good and everything has been fixed to my complete satisfaction. I just don't understand why the board computer has to be read out after a service ... I only make stickers at the Oeamtc and generally would not do that in a workshop ...

Die Rechnung ist super genau, sowie die getane Arbeit , die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind immer höflich und zuvorkommend ! Ab jetzt lass ich alles nur mehr beim Seper machen ! Einfach Top ! Super Arbeit ! So far, I've only had good experiences with the workshop. The invoice is super accurate, as well as the work done, the employees and the boss are always polite and courteous! Neben den defekten Teilen versucht man dem Kunden einzureden auch zusätzlich Teile für viel Geld zu ersetzen die vollkommen in Ordnung sind und von einer anderen Werkstatt bzw. Öamtc als mangelfrei bewertet wurden. Die Preise sind teilweise auch deutlich höher als in anderen freien Werkstätten. Werde in Zukunft dort nicht mehr hingehen! Can only confirm the negative reviews. In addition to the defective parts, one tries to persuade the customer to also replace parts for a lot of money that are completely in order and have been rated as free of defects by another workshop or Öamtc. The prices are sometimes significantly higher than in other independent workshops. Won't go there in the future!
