S	Stephan Körber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstkontakt war sehr freundlich. Man hat die nötige Auskunft erteilt bzgl Motorradfolierung. Ich solle eine Email schicken mit allen graphischen Spezifikationen. Gesagt, getan - Nach 10 Tagen keine Antwort. Angerufen um abzuklären ob die Email angekommen ist, angeblich wartet man auf den Graphiker ob das gewünschte umsetzbar ist. Nochmal 2 Wochen gewartet, immernoch keine Antwort. Scheinbar kein Interesse für eine Detailreiche Vollfolierung. Schade da die Mitarbeiter eigentlich freundlich wirkten. First contact was very friendly. One has given the necessary information regarding Motorradfolierung. I should send an email with all graphic specifications. Said, done - After 10 days no answer. Called to clarify whether the email has arrived, supposedly waiting for the graphic designer if the desired is feasible. Waited another 2 weeks, still no answer. Apparently no interest in a detailed Vollfolierung. Too bad because the staff actually seemed friendly.

Habe eine Firma gefunden die das ohne irgend einen Kommentar machen und sehr professionell sind Wanted to leave my scooter foils the advice about the foils was very good but I had the impression that they didn't want to do it, you had to dismantle it and that and we are not a workshop sorry then take the scooter sticker from the website. Found a company that does it without any comment and is very professional

Erstkontakt war schnell und total unkompliziert & den Termin hatte ich kurze Zeit drauf. ging alles schnell und sehr professionell über die Bühne & sie kennen sich sehr sehr gut mit den Folien aus! Top! Danke! I had my Vespa wrapped in foil and can only recommend Ebinger! First contact was quick and totally uncomplicated & I had the appointment for a short time. everything went quickly and very professionally & they are very, very familiar with the slides! Top! P	Peter Penka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur sagen Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen!!! Ich habe mir dort meinen Ford Mustang mit einer Steinschlagschutzfolie folieren lassen. Die Arbeit wurde schlecht und absolut unprofessionell durchgeführt. Unter der Folie sind zahlreiche Einschlüsse, die bei der Reklamation damit begründet wurden, dass man in der Werkstatt nicht absolut staubfrei arbeiten kann...!. Des weiteren sind sehr viele Klebereste und Schlieren unter der Folie erkennbar, sowie etliche Blasen. Angeblich sollen diesen in den nächsten Wochen noch von alleine verschwinden. Was sicher nicht verschwindet sind Kratzer in der Folie die bei der Montage entstanden sind. Die Folie wurde weder überlappend geklebt noch schließt sie mit der Kante ab - sie hört ganz einfach 5 mm davor auf, so dass sich dort jede Menge Schmutz ansammeln kann. Das Auto wurde mir in einem schmutzigen Zustand retourniert. Bei der Reklamation wurde mir vorerst ein kostenloses Entfernen der Folie und eine komplette Rückerstattung der Gesamtkosten in der Höhe von 1700 Euro angeboten - einen Tag später jedoch erhielt ich ein Email in der mir nur mehr 620 Euro angeboten wurden. Auf dem Restbetrag müsste ich verzichten, denn die Arbeiten wurden ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt...... Die Sache ist jetzt beim Rechtsanwalt. I can only say hands off this company !!! I had my Ford Mustang wrapped in a stone guard there. The work was done poorly and absolutely unprofessionally. There are numerous inclusions under the film, which were justified in the complaint with the fact that one cannot work absolutely dust-free in the workshop ...!. Furthermore, a lot of adhesive residue and streaks can be seen under the film, as well as several bubbles. Allegedly these should go away on their own in the next few weeks. What certainly does not go away are the scratches in the film that occurred during assembly. The foil was neither glued to overlap nor does it close with the edge - it simply stops 5 mm in front of it, so that a lot of dirt can collect there. The car was returned to me in a dirty condition. When I made a complaint, I was initially offered a free removal of the film and a complete reimbursement of the total cost of 1700 euros - but one day later I received an email in which I was only offered 620 euros. I would have to forego the remaining amount because the work was carried out properly ...... The matter is now with the lawyer.

Ein Termin für die Korrektur kam (warum auch immer) nicht zustande. Beim Entfernen der Folien haben wir dann festgestellt, dass auch eine Seitenscheibe zerschnitten wurde. Stellungnahme der Fa. Ebinger - Fehlanzeige! Fazit - Finger weg, kann nur davon abraten. Where should I start - pasted wrong, wrong colors, but a "responsible" who saw everything differently. A date for the correction did not come about (for whatever reason). When removing the foils, we found that a side window had also been cut. Statement of the company Ebinger - none! Conclusion - hands off, can only advise against it.
